I was having a real bad day today and the mature gentleman, who I assume owns the place, was very kind and professional with me. Something I don’t typically expect from any establishment in this small town. A lot of people judge a book by its cover around here but he did not. I appreciate that sir. Especially on a day like today. Thanks and keep up the good work.Also, the food was good and the place was clean.

I had a horrible experience tonight at Subway. I'm disabled and also on crutches Right now. I just had my blood drawn so I went in to get food right after. I waited in line behind about 6 people when it was my turn I told the man my order and then went to the next area for veggies where there was a woman worker who while I was waiting in line was just in a bad mood knocking stuff over and throwing stuff. I wasn't looking forward to getting to her during my order and then she was rude when she started doing the veggies for my order just smashing them and throwing them then she went to go get my sandwich and meat for my protein bowl out of the oven and she just dropped it on the floor I thought they'll just start my order again you know stuff happens and I was wondering if she was ok but instead of redoing my order the man just had me standing there in the middle of the line while he kept taking other peoples orders and the other customers were standing behind me so I told them to go ahead and go in front of me since he just kept taking orders while I stood there. I thought he would just do my order over before doing anyone else's order. The girl comes back after she just walked away and went to the back after dropping the food on the floor and was rude again just in a bad mood and the assistant manager I'm presuming just told her to go home after he made her talk to someone on the phone and she didn't seem to like that. I waited in line for over a half hour feeling light headed and in pain. There were about 5 workers there but none of them seemed to know what they were really doing. I asked if I could possibly get a discount of any kind after going through all that and standing in line for over half an hour and was told no by the person in charge and their was no apology or anything. The woman worker who was in a bad mood left and slammed the door. I don't know why they had her on the line acting like that? I go to this Subway every couple of months and this was the worse service ever. It seemed like their was a new staff.

There are not very many choices to choose from in town and I normally do not give the time to review a chain, but this has to be one of the best Subways that I have ever walked into. There were 5 people that were very willing to help me, and the place was very busy at 2:00 in the afternoon.

It’s Subway. Just like 1000 others. Cheap ingredients. The smell of stinky cheese permeates your clothes.
I was feeling anti social so I purchased my food online using the subway app. They had a sale for buy one get one half off so I got two foot long subs for really cheap $11!10 minutes later I was able to pick it up, I didn't even have to talk to anyone, I just walked in, grabbed my bag from the order online shelf and walked out! I stopped by the Alpine Visitor Center to enjoy my dinner, watching the sunset in peace and quiet in a rocking chair.Really happy they have this option! The food was perfectly prepared and I had specially asked for it to be cut into 4ths so I could split it up for the rest of the weeks food.Excited to go back!
