Wrong time of day… chicken nuggets were fresh… the chicken patty on my sandwich was hours old. Fries also old. Arby’s is one of those low volume places that, more often than not, leaves you frustrated with potentially very good food that disappoints because it is not freshly prepared. Sad face.

This place doesn't even deserve a star. I asked for a #14 this is what I got verse what I should've recived. Also when I asked for what I actually ordered they told me they couldn't remake it. Also the sauce in it is supposed to be white what is this yellow stuff. We were nice about it too but they didn't want to correct the issue.

I am an advent girl to this location and have watched several movies more than 50 .Hot dogs ? and popcorn ? are my go-to items. Be prepared to pay movie theater prices. ??Wheelchair accessibility: I am a wheelchair patron of this location and I'm a member of their frequent viewers Club and enjoy great service great entertainment clean and comfortable environment it's going to be cold with friendly and attentive Associates. Being in a wheelchair I look for accessibility and restrooms and in the entire facility, and I found it most satisfactory in this location. I highly recommend it. ?? ?? ♿️

Ordered a crispy buffalo chicken wrap. Tortilla was dry and cracked apart. One part of the wrap didn’t even have chicken. They must have new workers, because before I would get excellent service. I knew when my food was out in less than a minute I was going to be disappointed. Unfortunate!! I’ve tried calling several times! Call doesn’t go through! Imagine that!!!
