Listen the girls are so sweet .went thru the other day ordered a medium mocha freeze with salted caramel..as usual.. and their machine stopped working..I said hey I'll take it iced no big deal I'm not difficult ? as long as I get some coffee in me..they refunded my money with out me even telling me a thing I just saw it on my cash app so sweet... guess who's getting a fat tip next time!!

This place is very expensive. I was charged $7.50 for a large Chai..the container from the store is only $5.49 and it makes 4 cups. They are more expensive than Starbucks and Roasters. The chai they use is Oregon Chai you can buy it at Walmart and make your own. This place is only drive thru. I might understand if they had a dinning area.

The service was VERY slow. The sugar free drink was really bad - tasted like a bad of sweet and low in coffee. We got an iced chai and they put a tea bag in iced water, so it didn’t brew. Very odd. Americano was fine.

I love coming to cliffside especially on the first of the month, I never seem to have an issue with either customer service or drinks. but for the past weeks it hasn't failed to disappoint when a specific person is working (don't know her name) she has green hair and a black lip ring. just simply WORST service given by her. every time I go I say good morning and she just gives an ugly look as if she's annoyed, when giving her my order she stares as if she's lost and doesn't know what I am sayin, not a single smile, thank you or have a good day given by her the only person to always tell me they don't have stickers or flavors I honestly think she's just to lazy to make it or give me what I ask for. I understand we all have bad days but every single time it's just a no. I will be driving away ever time I see her at the window from now on. cliffside do better with your employees

It was just ok, nothing amazing. The espresso in my drink wasn't anything notable, almost lacking richness really. Service was, um, odd... When I was asked about the rewards I told her I just moved here the night before from another state and had never been here She replies with "that's how we all feel about living in Amarillo." I was a bit confused, so I repeated I'd never been here. She replies with "Good answer, good answer." I'm still confused as to what she thought I was saying, but she definitely wasn't very welcoming to the town or to the coffee shop either way.
