So the crab legs were really good. The mud bugs [crawfish] not so much.Parking: Parking is within a large lot shared by multiple locations. Free. Sometimes you can get curbside.
food was salty !! couldn’t even eat it from how much seasoning there was , food was also very oily .

Crab legs are my favorite food. I have eaten them at many places across many states. This place is by far my favorite. I have had much more expensive crab that wasn't this good. My grandparents lived in Louisiana and I have had some cajun food from true cajun places, and they don't compare. The waitress, it seems like she is always there, is kind and gives top notch service. I wish this place stayed busier for business sakes for them. We have never waited for a table. And, my child loves eating here.Kid-friendliness: This is my 8 year old child's favorite place to eat. They are very kind to my children amd accommodate without request. The waitress even showed my little one the "secrets" to getting all the meat out of the crab.

5 stars for the whole experience! I stopped in on Christmas and I’m so glad I did. I have tried crab many places including Florida that is known for it and nothing can beat the crab here! The half lemon pepper and half spicy was amazing! So delicious and great flavor! The whole seafood boil was great! From the second I walked in everyone was so friendly. James is an amazing waiter, the staff was all so personable and made the experience so great. It was an experience you don’t usually get at normal restaurants. I feel like I walked in hungry and came out impressed with how good the food was and even better than that some new friends!Y’all go check them out!!! ❤️

Too expensive and they don't give you the option to put together your own combo, besides they don't give any room or anything separate to submerge the shrimp or whatever you order, they don't give gloves to be able to eat either so the strong condiments get in and stay for days in your nails, IT WAS SALTY!!! I was really craving and I left disappointed

Finally got to visit this restaurant! First of all, it was extremely clean and the servers were very friendly and knowledgeable. Secondly, Kenzie is amazing and very helpful when choosing boils, entrees, sides, and sauces. Lastly, the seafood was extremely fresh, expertly prepared, and reasonably priced for market prices. I highly recommend Crackin' Crab on Soncy!!!

Early one of the best restaurants in Amarillo. Everything is market price, though but still a nice place to treat yourself. Great service and the food came out quickly and was very tasty. They also show sharing, which I know can be important for some people.

Do NOT go on Wednesday night at 7:30! There was no warning at the door but it was open mic night and the acts were super vulgar. I'm not a prude but I had my 16 year old daughter with me and the "jokes" were about him hating white women (he was white) and he shined a flashlight at us because we were having our own conversation and trying not to listen to him talking about abortion and sex jokes and getting r*ped saying the f word and the p word multiple times. After 3 minutes I decided to get our order to go as it hadn't come out yet but in the meantime had to sit thru another girl's "jokes" about her husband going down on her and farting on him. To top it off as me and my 16 year old were walking out the girl made fun of us for leaving. The food ended up being really good but the open mic night was ridiculous! Do NOT go on Wednesday night at 7:30!!
