We have tried to have dinner here twice and both times it was a 45+ minute wait. We did not wait either visits since it is not worth the wait. We saw plenty of tables and no one else waiting unless they were waiting in their vehicles. We decided to go somewhere else and not 10 minutes later we got a text that our table was ready. Either the hostess does not know what she is doing or customer service in general is terrible because they are not able to turn tables on an average night.

This place has excellent Cajun food. Their 3 for $33 deal is pretty awesome. I had shrimp, dungeons crab, crayfish in mine. It was great, reminded me of when I used to visit Louisiana. Good Cajun seasoning.

The smell of this place is overwhelming like a fish bowel that has never been cleaned out. Everything tastes like old fish even the mozzarella sticks and the bread. I like fish but I don't want all the food to taste like it.

Food is decent Most of the time, But they had overcharged our card more than once, when we called and asked about it, the female manger had told us it was a bank problem and she didn’t have a “magical” button to fix it. So safe to say the management of this establishment needs to be fixed. The good servers we encounter usually don’t stick around long. Which considering the way we have seen some of the employees/management act I can see why they don’t stick around long.

I had a great experience all around. My waitress (Faith) was very punctual with drinks and food. She served me with a smile. Tammy (manager) was complimentary to my waitress. My waitress was dealing with a bigger table when Tammy brought me my second drink and took away my unwanted plates. I got a perfect spot to watch the football game. I would definitely come again and would recommend coming to all friends and family. Thank you Hook and Reel for making my night great.
