We had a party of 7 where most of us ordered different items. All of us really enjoyed our food. The garlic bread knots that came with the meal was light and buttery. I had the lasagna. It was very good and I was pleased with the serving size. Others got various versions of pasta and their plate sizes were huge. Some of the choices were veal Parmigiano, Vicky's special, Amarillo Special, and Linguini with shrimp. We took lots of to go boxes back with us.We all got desserts. The chocolate mouse cake was very rich and wonderful. The turtle cheesecake was a huge hit with the others. The Italian cream cake looked fabulous.

Ordered food on Doordash to deliver to my hotel and was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the Baked Penne - it was a big portion, perfect amount of sauce for me, noodles were al dente and it was steamy hot! It came with garlic bread - soft, parmesanny and a little bit of salt, so yummy! ? I also ordered a house salad and tiramisu which I haven't dug into yet. I needed to eat this baked penne while it was hot. I'll order again Napolis!

We were looking for some good Italian food and were impressed with the reviews, so we stopped by. We were early for dinner and were able to park right out front on the street.TBH, we were the only party to be seated for about 15 minutes lol. Other people trickled in and the restaurant turned on their oldies music and sprang into action.We got our drinks and garlic knots right away. The knots were super delicious and they were devoured.Our food came and was simply some of the best Italian food I have ever had. Our waiter was very polite and attentive.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves authentic Italian food and I absolutely look forward to returning in the near future!

Food was great! My waitress was really sweet and got everything out to us in a timely manner, but the manager of this restaurant ruined our whole experience. He kept yelling at the waitress and was being incredibly rude and disrespectful. We felt so bad for the server because he wouldn’t stop making a scene. I believe his name is rus. He was overall being horrible to his employees which was disheartening to witness. Nonetheless I will never come here again

I’m here in Amarillo on a business trip and I have been to Napoli’s 4 times now and it’s been stellar every single time! Jennifer has been there everyday and she always greets me with a smile! She always remembers my order and is just all around awesome! I highly recommend coming here!
