I eat there all the time, but after my last experience, I'm pretty much done. I would've just let it go but the no communication, after bad service really put a bad taste in my mouth. No pun intended. I got a steak ordered medium/well and what I received was a cold uncooked gelatinous raw steak only browned on the very outside. I called and they asked me to hold and put me on hold before I could say anything. When I filled the complaint seconds after on the SE site, no one so much as contacted me, and it seemed to go no where. I sent a message on messenger, and it was automated and wanted me to call some number. I hate any communication where they can say whatever and there's just no log or document showing what REALLY was said. I basically had to crank up the oven, and cook the steak myself. Service is really poor and it's just not worth my effort to keep putting time into trying to let someone know so they might at least acknowledge something was wrong, and improve. I've only given one other bad review on Google to one other place ever! for future reference, when a customer reaches out to you, don't effin ignore them, try to at least talk to them. I've always had good experiences, but I just can't let it go. Talk to your customers!

Best place to eat if you love steak and chicken!!!! Definitely check out their family meal deal and their steak will bring tears to your eyes it's so good. I'm not exaggerating this folks this is the real deal best fast steak place in town. You can either call in your order and they will have it done to perfection just the way you wanted it and it only takes 15-20 for them to have it ready for you and alls you have to do next is drive up to their window to pay and your on your way. Definitely must try this place, well worth it, I can promise you that.

When will the people running this location understand that they are doing a bad job ? Allmost every other review is bad ! And I couldn't agree more we ordered steak and burgers a few nights ago and it was horrible made me realize why we have not ate here in a long time and will never be again you people owe me 37 bucks.

Was a bit disappointed this time with my meal. The salad was super tiny and only had one tomato in it. I got the steak and shrimp meal and i felt part of my steak did not get in there. Two small pieces like they were cut off two different steaks. The chop steak dinner was ok. Was cooked how i ordered it. The rolls were good as usual. The potatos were big enough for two people to share them. The lady at the drive-thru window was super nice. I would suggest a couple more sides like french fries or a potato and maybe green beans for a vegetable.

Went through the drive thur a to order and was instantly greeted by a rude female. Stating the it's highly recommended to call in my order next time. I understand that people do that but when your out an about and want a steak or something from your business since I there that you would want my business. Being that many food places are closed or closing because of lack of business. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you retrain your staff and let them know why your in business.

This was by far my worst experience. I received an open cutlery pouch, which is concerning from a sanitation perspective, that was missing every utensil. I ordered a medium rare cook and the order was placed correctly, according to the receipt. The steak was medium well at best and void of all flavor. In addition, the shrimp was cooked too long and took on a consistency that was rubbery and chewy. The only saving grace was the potato, which was perfectly cooked; however, it was the largest potato I'd ever seen. Not usually a problem until you realize that you ordered your potato with everything included as a topping and discover you've only been given butter. Chalky steak, rubber shrimp and a giant potato with butter is not worth $30 from a dine in restaurant and it's certainly not worth it at a drive thru establishment. The kicker was that my email to inform the owners and was surprisingly upbeat and positive, went completely unanswered. I'll never patronize this place in the future.

Last time I ordered a meal, I was charged for someone else’s order as well as mine. Said I wouldn’t go back. Today decided to give them another chance. Ordered the dinner for 2 Steak Tips. Did not get both of the salads that were supposed to come with the meals. Now I’m done for sure this time.

The gentleman today that took our order were amazing very nice and respectful... The customer service was amazing.. Would have gave it a 5 star again review but the steak was way small haha never had a steak that little before but it was cooked just the way I wanted and taste great made me want another one

In the past the service is great. The food was hot and the delivery time was reasonable. Tonight I was in the mood for steak so I ordered from the app. I ordered it at 715pm and even received the email receipt saying my food will be delivered in 64 minutes, a little over an hour. 830 came and gone. I waited for another 45 minutes then I called the restaurant to talk with someone to see if they are so backlog with orders or short staff. But no one answered the phone. So basically this restaurant in a way stoled my money. Someone should’ve said something either in a text or even a phone call saying I’m sorry we are closing early for whatever reasons and not filling no more orders at least I would’ve used a different restaurant before it got to late in the evening. Next time if there will be a next time I will call it in myself instead of using the app.

Usually I'm very satisfied eating here but, this time was not the best. Chicken was dry and tough, the baked potato was not baked all the way, it was also very tough. All it takes is one bad visit and I won't be returning. I work hard for my money and I felt like I just threw away over 20 bucks.

I Went to steak express on my lunch break and got the steak tips lunch special and a tea. I came back to work and finished my meal and soon after my tea, I opened my cup up to eat the ice when I realized there was a sandwich bag or piece of saran wrap in my cup. I called the steak express and Elecia V. answered the phone when I asked to speak to the manager the same lady said “how can I help you”, I explained my problem and her response was “we don’t have any bag in our store give me a second”. She then proceeded to go get the real manager, and after me telling her the same story she said “we don’t know how that could have made it to you like that, someone had to put the ice and the tea in there but I can give you a discount on your next order.”My complaint is the way that the employees at steak express Amarillo handled the situation, they were careless and to me insinuating that I was lying. The whole thing is BEYOND DISCUSTING I drank your tea that had some sort of plastic in it and lord only knows what was in that plastic before it was in my drink so the least you could do is have a little more compassion for the whole situation when I express my concern.

Worst meal I have ever had - baked potato was cold, hard, and rotten inside - salad looked like yesterdays leftovers all wilted and gross - steak was supposed to be medium and was well done. Called the facility and told the Male who answered the phone and his reply was "That happens" and hung up.
