Went yesterday 3/17/2024 and were completely blown away at how good the food was and the waiter we had and hostess were absolutely incredible. The owner of this establishment needs to know that Jake(our waiter) and Jada ( hostess I think) were some of the best and nicest restaurant people I have ever come across in my 62 years. I am very impressed with both of these people and their wonderful attitude towards customers. The food we had was VERY good. I hade previously left a medium review but this visit changed my mind completely. I will be back to this place and I hope that both of those people are working when we visit.

The waiter seemed to be irritated or short with us. The waiter also had very long dreadlocks that were not covered or tied back. When he brought our food and drinks his hair was literally hanging over the food and the drinks. His customer skills were terrible.Parking: Parking was very good

I placed an order online for curbside pickup, I arrived at my scheduled pickup time and sat outside for about 20 minutes, called and spoke with a very dense girl who was clueless, I told her that I was there to pickup my order and she asked if I was in my car ??♀️…then she said that my order wasn’t ready, I asked how much longer and she didn’t know, then after speaking with someone she said about 15-20 minutes. I left and went to Applebees in Mansfield..the service was GREAT there! Arlington SUCKS ??

The bartender at this location was very rude and unprofessional to myself and my guest. If he’s at the bar when we return back to eat we won’t be sitting at the bar because of his rudeness. Makes me wonder if it was because we were African Americans because he wasn’t rude and unfriendly to the white customers around us. He threw something at me I ask for. RUDE

They made me feel like a thief and criminal in the Applebees of 4654 S Cooper ST Arlington, Tx 76017. I ordered a beer and it was hot, they didn't want to change it because I had already ordered a glass of ice, and a Latin bartender who was there and wasn't attending me threatened to call the police because we said that we didn't want to pay for the hot beer. And stop finishing when I asked for the bill they were charging me one more beer! The manager attended us and removed the additional beer, but the Latin bartender continued with the problem and rudely talked to us and the manager. It was the worst experience in an Applebees restaurant. I will never go back to that restaurant. The manager didn't act properly, it's the worst restaurant and I'll never come back
