I had my 50th Birthday party here in April of 2019. I had visited here prior to my Birthday celebration for several other celebrations. Unfortunately Covid hit. So I'm hoping to stop by today for another intimate birthday celebration with just me and a friend this time. My family loves to visit when they come to town, they love the atmosphere and it is always welcoming! Thank you for a grown folk atmosphere with great food!! Drinks can be stronger for the price! ??‍♀️????

Went here for a friends Birthday party on Saturday night and had so much fun! Brickhouse is a small/medium sized spot in a strip mall. As soon as you open the door though this sort of falls away as you are greeted by the wrap around bar, small decorative tables, and medium sized dance floor. They had an amazing house band playing a range of songs from the 70s, 80s, 90s, and 00s. The DJ was also pretty amazing too as he played the entire cut of Stevie Wonders "Happy Birthday" with everyone in the place filling the dance floor. The atmosphere was positive and I wish it was a little bit closer as I would go more often. Only negatives were the music was a little too loud--did not help that I kept ending up by the speakers when I was on the dance floor. And the bathrooms could use some TLC.

Nice drinks, food, music is 80,90,2000s mix of hiphop and rhythm and blues. Need to host karaoke night!!!! Super busy most nights with professionals unwinding.

We have been to Brickhouse so many times I even had my bridal shower here so it was a nobrainer that we would come for Hubby birthday. Well sadly we were sadly disappointed. I am not sure why they made the change but drinks were watered down. Dress code is horrible. No more grown and sexy. We saw people with hoodies, house shoes and sweatsuits. The DJ also let the music stop completely about 5 times. Right in the middle of songs. This location should go ahead and change to 18 and up because that is the feel that it has. We will no be coming back and also letting everyone we know who use to come not to come back either. Wow I am so saddened by the changes that they made.

I've been to this venue multiple times for Arlington Black Chamber of Commerce events and it has been great! Nice venue with plenty of space for events of varying sizes, full bar , and recently I was there for a women's brunch and the food was superb (fruit, waffles, potatoes, sausage, etc). Waitstaff has always been very courteous as well as bartenders. I'm looking forward to next Chamber meeting for my next visit.

Brickhouse We went to Brickhouse lounge tonight and we were highly disappointed. It was clearly a reflection of new management. We had out of town guests and went there specially because they advertised Lyfe Jennings would be there. We had party of 4. We paid $20 per person and an additional $50 for a table only to have the dude show up and NOT EVEN PERFORM. I asked to speak to management only to be informed that wonen were free behore 11pm. We paid for 2 women to enter well before 10pm! I had to pull up my bank records to prove to management!!!! This is ridiculous and we won't be going back!!! New management is CROOKED!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!

Nice spot for drinks, dancing and meeting new people. Laid-back but does turn up at times too.

Brickhouse is now under new management and no longer caters to the mature crowd. A few of us went a few weekends ago on a Saturday and as soon as we walked in we here rap music blasting at 10pm and not a live band like previous times. The crowd was super small and mostly everyone was sitting. At some point the dj started to play songs us mature folk liked and that's when we got up and danced. I am super sad my favorite place to hang and hear a live band is now a club for young hip hop fans. Won't be visiting again.

Did not like it as far as paying for a ticket for the concert and then paying to be able to sit in a chair then having to look at people's butt while they are standing. I was in a wheelchair it was horrible. I wouldn't be referring any of my friends to go there for a concert.

Deserves zero stars! Quoted one price for a bottle and charged cc more than quoted. Food cold and it took 2 hours to get our table that we paid vip for! Order a bottle and then they try to bring a Bottle We Did not ask for lol like we were going to accept anything! Man every time you try to support black businesses the fell EPIC. So disappointed
