Where to start! My kids were actually starting to choose Burger King over McDonald’s but after today at this location my family will no longer be ordering from here my oldest and my youngest both had STAPLES in their fries I wasted a good amount on food here through DoorDash but how would staples be in the fries when they are shut with back to back tape it was hard to open the bag on top of the staples being found in the fries my children’s kids meals were not a FULL MEAL some only came with cold cold fries!

Just rude. Waited at speaker 2 minutes nobody said hi. I kept saying hello and nobody said anything. So I’m thinking they are closed.Then lady says order when you are ready. I go to order and she goes quiet and another minute goes by I said hello she goes give me one minute. I waited longer than a minute. Then a guy came on the headset and basically was rushing me like I was an inconvenience to them. First and last time to this dumpster of a Burger King. Better service at crappy McDonalds and that’s sad.i will be doing another review on my receipt so they know how horrible they are.Tried to do the complaint but they ripped my receipt where I couldn’t get store number and tried calling the phone and phone “doesnt work”.I will find a way because today’s experience was y far the worst experience I ever experienced. I don’t know how they’re still in business if there complaints outweighs the good ones. CHANGE YIUR EMPLOYEES AND MANAGER!!! TRAIN THEM TO HAVE RESPECT FOE OTHERS

Awful. Nobody in the place at lunchtime should have warned me. Took 20 minutes to make a soggy sorry chicken wrap with just a tiny piece of lettuce inside accompanying a dry chicken breast. Cold French fries with no salt or ketchup provided. Ordered bottled water and got a cup of tap water with ice... really people?Yuck.

New management or something. Decided to visit again after bad experience 8 months ago. I held a grudge. Anyways, this time was great! Good attitude in the drive through, decent window time. Looked clean. Got my order right. I have renewed faith in this location.

Food was meh -- ok but definitely not the best. Service was actually fast, but you could tell they had cooked ALL that food we received about two hours before, & it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. Yuck. I know Burger King is definitely no longer the king of burgers, but I'd go as far to say...that they're no longer in the same palace or court as any other American restaurant out there -- it's that nasty. They don't even open the doors for the interior at all anymore -- it's drive-thru only, so, your ambiance is a wall of concrete & a few sliding glass windows to give them your payment method & for you to get your cold nasty food & weird tasting soda (likely because they never clean the nozzles out or the gaskets or anything else for that matter, on the Soda machine) -- basically unless you WANT to try to get a tape worm or food poisoning....I would absolutely not recommend this place. Steer clear. Burger King is about to go OOB.

This is the absolute worst burger king I've ever been to. They have absolutely no problem at all giving you a like warm burger. I just ordered the "bacon king" and got what appears to be a warm whopper Jr. Their slogan is " Have it your way". How about some hot food for starters and getting what you paid for $15 for a $5 meal. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

If I could give zero stars I sure would. Burger King has always been my favorite spot. But this burger king is beyond the worst. I've had horrible customer service every single time I've came here. I keep coming, because it's my fave restaurant, but I will never again set foot here. I'd rather drive a bit further and have decent service. The entire staff is trash, and disrespectful beyond measures. My most recent experience was not the best, I am not a person to complain ever but when you sit in the drive thru to have an attitude served at you you best bet I'm complaining. The so called manager on duty whose name was told is Jr and the drive thru lady refused to give me a manager name or contact information. They both told me they didn't know who their manager was norndidt they know a number. For God sake please get some better employees.
