If the oil goes through the bread then that means your pizza has too much oil. Would like to put four stars but if I have to spend 30$ on a pizza i don’t want to have to eat crust in between bites to even out the pizza. We just hosted a luncheon seminar with 17 people and the Mellow Mushroom worked great! The private room was perfect for our presentation and the food and service were top notch. Everyone loved the pizza and calazones. When in Arlington we will definitely choose mellow Mushroom again. Thanks Ramon for all your help! You were great to work with today.

We just had a luncheon at the Mellow Mushroom and the food and service were great ! The restaurant was clean and the menu offered lots of options for all of our guests. We would definitely recommend Mellow Mushroom in Arlington for some of the best pizza and calzones!

I've never been here and sadly won't be going back. The bartender brought out our appetizer cold, she disappeared for almost 20 minutes so we couldn't tell her. When we finally were able to see brought it out if only a few minutes. When she took our card she realized she hadn't rung I'm our drinks. Hostest was amazing

visited your restaurant in Arlington last night, 9th March around 8:20. The host was ok and prompt. But the woman waiting on us was really slow. She took our order after 20 minutes.Never asked for a refill on water when it was clearly empty. Forgot we had ordered an appetizer (the spinach dip), which was cold and under portioned. The app came after one hour and 10 minutes of waiting and no one even bothered to ask if everything was ok or it might be long even though the restaurant was not reall Busy.Then, the pizza came shiitake pie which we were told after an hour and a half that our pizza was not ready and we had to wait another 6 minutes. It took them another half hour. The pizza was cold and overcooked. It genuinely seemed like it had been sitting there for atleast an hour something. We were so disappointed with the quality that we decided to just taste it and call it a night. But that turned out to be a bad decision as me and my friend both felt iffy all night.On top of all this, they offered us 5 dollar discount as an apology, I mean 2 hours wasted and that’s what we were served. Never going to visit again or recommend it. Hope you look into this

Host was awful, he told the waitress to serve another table, I guess because another server was supposed get our table. He wouldnt just tell me that they didn't have any kids menus printed out when we asked about the kids menu twice, meanwhile kids were restless and hungry. The entire time seemed like there was a clear lack of communication between the host staff and servers.

We had some complications on my end with ordering for a wrong delivery date to our Airbnb this month in late February 2024. Mellow mushroom Manager- and owner were working together to refund my CC. The store was having complications with ATT services in there store, I was able to reach out to the sister store about my online order all managers and the Owner Linda and Arlington managers- all of them maybe 3-4 managers worked together with the owner-to successfully refund me. What a great team and excellent communication & Staff. Thank you from CaliforniaHope to visit again soon!
