Honestly pretty disgusting never thought I would see workers go from picking out the trash bags and getting slimy grime on their hands to immediately handling food. The manager didn't even come to answer the concern literally just stood in the back hiding in place.

Food was ice cold, trash was over flowing. The crew just really didn’t give 2 Fs. The noodles were barely warm. The orange chicken was freshly put out and was cold when I sat down to eat….? Multiple items they were out of and did not plan on making more. When we arrived there was 1 customer waiting for the orange chicken to be prepared.

I just had a baby and haven't had the energy to cook. Ordered on their app for the first time today and went to pick up. First thing I noticed was a few people waiting outside their doors (they only had been open a few minutes, didn't think much of it at the time). Turns out, the girl waiting was here for an interview and was also treated rudely by staff. They tried to lock the door after her and had an attitude when we came in to pick up food. I was denied the lychee sparkling water and not given a refund or replacement. When I got home, I noticed they also skipped out on the super greens. Incorrect order, incredibly rude staff. Wish I had checked other reviews before coming here because it seems like this location should be close down immediately, and definitely fire a good majority of the people they have employed.

Normally, you get 5 all the way. But not giving me my food is a big no-no. So they were short on beef broccoli, so they decided to clean the pot with my order and not give me any beef but plenty of broccoli.

We recently moved and this is the closest location to us now. Initially, we loved the food here. Hot and prepared well. Soon learned they don't like to cook after 8pm. At least 3 separate times in the last 4 to 6 weeks myself or one of my family has gone between 8pm and 9pm for dinner. Only to be told they do not have much food left and are not cooking anymore. Makes zero sense when they are open until 1030pm or 11. Clearly, from other reviews we are not alone. Not only that, the attitudes of people at the window or inside are absolute shat. They laugh about it. Super rude. Something needs to change.
