Worst service ever. Would not deliver my order and refused to give me my money back and kept saying they can’t because they don’t have my order number. Even with my emailed receipt I had to just dispute it with my credit card.I will never recommend any papa John’

3 of my last 4 orders have been wrong or missing items. I love the food itself but when it’s not right consistently I’m going to have to move on. This has happened before and was trying again because I’ve eaten papa John’s for over 20 yrs, but literally cannot eat some of what’s being sent due to dietary restrictions so that’s it.

I ordered a chicken and bbq pizza, pumpkin shaped pizza, and wings. The pumpkin pizza is thin crusted, yet was super sloppy and soggy due to too mucb sauce and was missing an eye. The wings were undercooked. The skin was so chewy that it couldn't be chewed into pieces to be swolled. I called and someone kept putting the call on hold without greeting me. Never again.
Pizza was good, the cashier was making rude faces,customer service was akward.

Missing ingredients that were paid to add on. COLD! 2 slices were missing all ingredients, possibly a dropped pie and my pepperoni slid off? Not sure. So when I called to figure out what could have happened, I get an explanation of the leak draining into their warmer so they had to turn it off for now!

Boy oh boy.. let me say that papa john's produce decent pizza but when you have poor staff it don't look good...Why would I pay over 25 bucks for a pizza maker with his dreads dangling inches away from my pizza during preparation and sagging his pants and exposing his underwear?This is what I saw when I picked up my pizza when he was making other orders and being the only person making pizza there.So my assumption is probably 99.9 percent right. I will never comeback to this place unless they make some kind of change.I get the supreme works and sometime it comes out good but most of the time they dumped pizza sauce in the middle with no effort in taking a couple seconds to spread the sauce evenly on the dough including the toppings.Also the pizza felt like it was going to fall through the box because of how soggy they make it. No thanks.

VERY unprofessional establishment! Delivered my pizza without any notification. No one knocked on the door or anything. Left the food sitting outside and the only way I knew it was delivered is because I went outside to see if the delivery driver was " lost " or something. They delivered the pizza at 8:09 per the website and I didn't go outside until 8:26pm. I called the store immediately and they picked up the phone three times and hung up. On the forth call, the manager " Nikayla " or " Mikayla answered the phone. She said the delivery happened that way because they used " Uber eats " . She did not apologize or even acknowledge my frustration. Her response was " we are busy " . I will NEVER order from here again & I did frequently. I will also be calling corporate! Spend your money else where!!
