If I could post 0 stars I would! Sat at the bar tops for 30 minutes before finding out that you don’t have a server. You have to walk to the crowded bar during happy hour and talk over other dining guests’ food and drinks to be served. Asked for a manager (Kaye) and she stands there looking clueless as if I’m speaking a foreign language. What’s so hard about informing the guests when seating them that the table won’t have a server beforehand. Came here to grab a quick bite before the Rangers game and now we’ll be late to the game because we’re just now placing an order with a bartender ONE HOUR after arriving. I hope the manager reads this so that the next time she can have a better explanation instead of looking like a bump on a log.Update: The bartenders Dan & Jamal did an excellent job accommodating our needs. They went over and beyond without even knowing what had occurred. Great customer service skills!

Food was ok. My husband had a drink that cost almost $18 and three quarters of his drink was ice cube.

My shrimp dish was delicious. However, it was ridiculously expensive. My cocktail was all ice. Also, we felt a little rushed by the waiter.

I got the steak fajitas and my husband got the steak quesadilla. They were both delicious!! We also tried the queso fundido, the mushrooms in it were really good but overall it's very heavy though. The tortillas are amazing!! The salsa wasn't the best in my opinion but I prefer the salsa cold not instead of warmed.

The food was excellent. Loved their salsa - it was the first time I had it warm and that enhanced its taste. The guacamole had a nice spicy kick to it. Chicken fajitas tacos were great as well

My husband and I went there today on April 6, 2024 (mad) The food was absolutely horrible. The service was poor. Matter-of-fact I did not eat that water down Texas red snapper. It was $35 door- I sent the order back and sent My Arnold Palmer Was sent back three times. The person who waited on me, appeared to be very incompetent. I will never go there again! If you don’t want to be disappointed, I would advise you not to visit that location

1st time here and I couldn't be happier.Josh was our severs name and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. The service was excellent, food was AMAZING and came very fast, even with a packed out restaurant. Definitely recommend this place.

trying to park my walker out of the way, so I requested a different table at 3PM on a Friday. someone actually had the audacity to remind the hostess that the section was closed (she wanted me to sit at a bench without offering to swap it out for a chair). mind you, big walker, knee brace, huge visible brace around my abdomen.... egads. disabled parking is out "back" and very inconvenient, much less poorly lit at night. we opted to muscle the walker up the stairs but couldn't help but wonder... why haven't they moved either the fountain or the back door or the disabled ramp or all three?$110 for two people for lunch included 3 margaritas, guac and basic entrees. tip drove up to $150, overall. it's good but it's not that good.Wheelchair accessibility: one of the worst places I've encountered in Texas. no clue what disabled people need which tells me they could care less. they need to overhaul the front and add a ramp. it wouldn't be that costly or hard but they just won't do it.

Visited Pappasitos for Tex Mex lunch. Completely impressed with the authentic take on Burritos, cheese enchiladas, chicken fajitas. Their chips and salsa were a filler, and if you don't watch it - will fill you up before your course arrives. Good value for money!Vegetarian options: Limited options for Vegetarians.
