The food isn't that great, and let's be real, it's just a sandwich, so how do you mess that up? It seemed as if the food had been sitting out a while, and I went there mid-morning, so I wasn't very happy. The gentleman who made my sandwich let me know he loves the super casual work they do there so when I asked him about slicing the meat daily like Subway advertises he was like no I don't think so and I don't want to do that. I was happy about that, but yeah, it probably will never happen. The store seemed clean on the surface but felt gross like I would never sit there to eat.

I just asked her to put the sandwich in the grill …. The answer was “I cant put it in the grill after you touched it” although all i did was touch the bag.Not recommended very bad customer service.

First and last time that we will come to this location. They only had one person working and it took forever for us to order. The music that is playing is not kid friendly at all. Lastly, they had an alarm that’s similar to a morning alarm that continuously kept going off! By far, the worst experience that we have ever had at any subway.

I came to the subway at 9:05 and the door was locked stood out front for several minutes, I got the only employees attention after knocking hard enough, she unlocks the door I pull to open it she then proceeds to shut the door as I’m pulling to open it

My new subway since the one on matlock has rude sandwich artists. This one is clean, friendly staff, never busy and fresh ingredients. I used the app and was greeted with a smile.

Do not go to this subway unless you want to be treated like you're bothering , soon as I walked in I got dirty looks like I was bothering them. they took their time serving me. The guy was slow, and the lady there could care less to work. They might be related because neither one of them seem like they care about their job. As soon as a girl with her pet monkey and her boyfriend came in the lady greeted her and treated her nice.Hmmn, I'm Hispanic and she talked to me ugly. The guy lost my coupon and blamed it on me, they didn't want to give me any discount after that he said it was my fault. I will never be back it's the worst subway ever. I think they should shut this one down, owner be aware I will spread the word.

This review is for the Subway @ 5975 S.Cooper, got the best possible service from Naydia and Cornelious, two weeks ago, you guys were both friendly and efficient. I really appreciate good customer service and yours was the best that I have had in a long time. Keep up the great work.
