I think this is the best Subway I've ever been to. The people are always very engaging and nice here, and the service and food are top-notch. Try it, you won't be disappointed.
I just started working at an office just across the parking lot from this location, and man, did I get lucky! The staff is out of this world. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The food is always prepared well and carefully, and everyone works well together. It's always got people coming in and out, so it stays pretty steadily busy.

Horrible customer service. They treat people less than and passive aggressively talk down to them. Seems like these people are not very good at their job and instead of wanting to help people they ridicule them.
Awesome Customer service.D. Alvarez CLSSBB
There is no work to describe those working behind the counter as anything other than b****es. Absolute rude and disrespectful people who treat their customers like garbage. I hope they crash and burn.
customer service is outstanding abd above expectations. Janet the manager is very on point and so involved with her employees & customers. Every time we are there
Very slow service. The staff behind the counter was having difficulty handling customers in the store and online orders coming in. The assistant manager making online orders was also complaining about the order that she was working on.
Great subs, decently priced and good cookiesWheelchair accessibility: Parking right outside the building
Recommended dishes: Meatball Marinara
Super clean and fully stocked. Very friendly staff.
This Subway Sucks better to go to the Subway past I20 on little road..
This time around was perfect. The poor guy was in there all by himself at lunchtime and was speedy, accurate and friendly.
Person making my sandwich calls the guy in front of me baby before and after every topping, but I get scolded for choosing my veggies faster than she can add to my sandwich. Not a great way to treat guests.
The parking lot smells awful due to the dumpsters in the area. There were two older ladies working the line and they were quite abrupt, possibly rude with the customers. They ignored in-person customers without greeting as they prioritized online orders. They did not know the new menu and took multiple minutes each reading the new menu to complete one sandwich. They could not multi-task - going so far as to cut off several customers when the customer started telling them which veggies they would like. "I won't be able to remember that." One lady said that several times. They ignored the customer in front of them and spoke to each other about the progression of the sandwiches as they passed the sandwiches between meat and veggies line. Over all customer service was pretty disappointing. The sandwich I got from the new menu, the Mexicali was really not good at all. I don't know if it was just because it didn't have enough sauce or something but I was pretty disappointed. Me and my frien also got fountain drinks and they were both not good either. Pretty sad.I have heard from others that this place has one lady that makes the sandwiches with care and they are delicious, but I guess it was not my fate to get her for my sandwich maker.
Amazing, great attitude and a joy to be around. The food was God-sent amazing from the beginning to the end.
