The younger guy who’s been running the place is an absolute jerk. The older woman is insanely rude as well. I’ve been a loyal customer of this place for over 10 years and it breaks my heart to know that I can’t go back, but after suffering a medical emergency that left me unable to pick up my food one time, they both treated me like the scum of the earth. I don’t understand the point of running a restaurant when you hate interacting with people so much, and clearly I’m not alone in my experience based on other reviews here. If the owners are reading this, grow the hell up and fix your attitude before you lose ALL of your customers. It’s okay to show a little bit of compassion instead of assuming the worst about people.

Wasn't impressed, and the price was outrageous! I don't recommend and will not return. Flys were free protein!

Stopped in for dinner after spending a few hours at the Stockyard in Fort Worth .. my wife ordered the Pho w/Tofu (note Tofu was not listed on the menu so you will have to ask) with Tofu Spring Rolls and I ordered the Grilled Pork Bánh Mì .. she said the Phố noodles were overcooked but the broth was good so she left the noodles but my Bánh Mì was very good .. she also said the Thai Tea was very good.

Vietalia was my favorite place for so long. The quality was great, it was worth the time it took to get your food and they couple who owns it were sweet and kind. Now over the years the quality has completely gone downhill and the prices aren’t clear and seem to be at the owner’s whim. The lady asked for 27 dollars for chicken fried rice and shrimp rockets. It’s just not worth the price for the quality anymore.

Got the Vermicelli bowl and was spot on. Also had Boba tea but I didn't like it. Overall a good Vietnamese place.

Vietalia has been one of my go to places for Vietnamese food, specifically pho. But after today I will not be returning and nor should you who is reading this. I went in with my sister to fill my craving for pho. My sister ordered the same. We also ordered egg rolls and 2 drinks. While I was able to eat (my not so great this time around) pho my sister was not feeling well. It was very apparent too because the guy that took and brought us our order looked back at her and asked if she was ok. She said she was but in fact felt quite nauseous. She insisted I finish my food, that she’d be ok. After I finished, I walked to the counter to ask for a to go container. Annoyed looking, the guy went back to the kitchen and an older lady poked her head around to look at me. He came back to me with the to go container and pointed towards the ground by me. I looked not seeing what he was pointing at. He proceeds to point more apparently at the hand written sign down by my waist. I said “she doesn’t feel good” and he says I know,… the owner.”If you know- why bother even showing the sign. You already gave me the container. And I’m a paying customer! This is so petty and shows so much I don’t care about my service as a business- one of my biggest pet peeves!! It’s enough for me to say, there’s way too much competition for you to treat your customers in this poor manner. I will not be recommending again and I will not be returning.

First things first, I do like their food. I frequently get the chicken or pork vermicelli and it’s really good. I usually order delivery and I’ve had no problems there. UberEats is the best bet since Grubhub has a minimum delivery order and Vietalia delivers their own Grubhub orders. UberEats is the standard delivery service. Today, though, I decided to go there and order/take out food myself. That’s where things got a little… different. Now I’ve been in the restaurant several times before. Even eaten in a couple of times but wow, the lady who runs the place is getting angrier and grumpier by the day. When I got to the counter there was nobody to be seen. They have a bell on the counter that says to ring for service, so I did. The moment I rang it, the lady appeared from around the corner. I said “oh I didn’t see you there”. She gave me a dirty look, said nothing, and went to mess around in the fridge for a while before coming back to the counter to take my order. Rude. Also I don’t know if they simply don’t have AC or just never run it but it’s terribly hot in there this summer which would make eating in during the summer months miserable.I’ll most likely continue to order from there since I do like the food. I just sincerely hope the lady who runs the place finds some inner peace.

The new salt Vietnamese coffee is delicious! In house recipe that is literally perfect.

The food is decent. I gave three stars because these people don’t provide an empty to go soup container to door dash customers. They literally give you a styrofoam box and a styrofoam cup for the broth and if you don’t have a bowl with you oh well ?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️I was told to stuff the contents of the pho into the small as* broth container and eat it like that. That is NOT customer service.

First it's hot in there! Fans ain't cutting it. Now the food. I had the all meat pho, gor the price not enough meat lots of noodles it was just ok. I also had the spicy dumplings they were good. I had read the reviews and all in all I wasn't impressed. If I try it again, I'll try the Italian menu. I tried it in the afternoon, you have to ring the bell for them to come to the front.
