I will be reviewing only the food. I’m very picky about kombucha and I haven’t tried any from here. All of the food is vegan and delicious. My favorite it the tuna sandwich. It tastes the closest to how my mom made it when I was a kid. They’re so addicting. The arroz con leche is so yummy! Again, I grew up eating this stuff and it’s nice to find a vegan version. Soups and sandwiches are all very tasty. Customer service is always on point.
Bruja’s Brew is absolutely delicious vegan cuisine that pairs beautifully with house-made kombucha! This was my first experience eating vegan food, and I was absolutely blown away. I’ve also never enjoyed kombucha before, and I LOVED what I ordered. Try the Eye of the Storm! We will be returning in a hurry. Thank you so much!

Bruja’s Brew is always such a treat! I’m constantly mesmerized by the creativity poured into the many different flavor profiles that are available. With seasonally rotating flavors, there are such unique flavor dimensions coming from different fruits, herbs, spices and more! The service is always impeccable. When it comes to the kombucha, food, service, atmosphere and owner, I give it a 10/10 every time ? I definitely recommend trying out the best Kombucha bar in Austin!
