Would love to rate it 0 stars. When they dst us, they didn't even tell us Noone would take our order. We had tovirder through a qr code. We asked for waters 5 times before we finally got some. It's been like 45 minutes, no food, no water. The ufc game we specifically came to see had "technical difficulties " so when we asked what happened, they said the bartender got too overwhelmed and will put it on when they calm down.Don't come here.Update: it took over an hour to get a glass of tea. We ask tge manager how long until our order comes put abd he says let him go check, he comes back and says he canceled our order and to let him know if we still get charged. Then we had to tell him that we didn't request to cancel, we asked for an eta. He told us we were supposed to have a waiter and not order from the code in the middle of the table and that he'd be back after fixing the order again.

The food is pretty much the same as in any other Buffalo Wild Wings but! The mess? I came here a couple of times now during “slow” hours and the place is filthy. Food and trash is on the floor, on the sofas, on the tables that are supposedly okay for customers to be seated at. No one cares to wipe the table even after you already sat there. We were here for more than an hour and no one even tried to clean up even though it’s almost empty and the stuff just stands near the wall and chats. I can only imagine how the kitchen is maintained if the “front” is this bad.

Everything was great. But Google says that yall are open til midnight that's why we came late. My bad to everyone who put up with that. But if yall change the Google times that'd be more convenient. Because as we were leaving, someone came in saying yall closed at midnight

Our love for BWW wasn't just about the food but the camaraderie and service, which have worsened. We miss the personal touch, like the friendly red-haired server who knew our orders by heart. New mandatory phone-based ordering and indifferent staff have replaced personalized service. An order mistake and the management's dismissive response to our concerns highlight a shift towards efficiency over customer care. Dining out is about more than food; it's the service and feeling valued. We hope BWW revisits its priorities, remembering that hospitality shouldn't lose its human touch. To the owner, genuine engagement rather than a generic response would show you take customer feedback seriously.
Last Tuesday, worst experience and customer service ever. Long story short the manager is unprofessional, impatient, and impolite. He literally said after we felt disappointed about wait time and promised to be seated by booth, he said can’t do nothing and if y’all don’t come back here “ is not gonna hurt my feeling “ I wish people understand and realize more about the places that they dining in. Would not recommend nor going back there anymore.

Title: Disappointing Dining Experience at Buffalo Wild WingsMy recent visit to Buffalo Wild Wings left much to be desired, as the wings I ordered fell short of expectations in both flavor and quality. Opting for 30 wings with dry rubs, I anticipated a savory experience, but unfortunately, the reality was far from satisfying.Despite the term "dry rubs," the wings lacked any discernible flavor, leaving me underwhelmed and reliant on the accompanying sauces to salvage the meal. Without the sauces, the wings would have been a complete disappointment, rendering the entire order a regrettable waste of money.To compound the disappointment, the family orders of fries and onion rings proved equally lackluster. Saturated in oil and with an unmistakable taste of aged oil, both sides left much to be desired in terms of freshness and quality.Overall, my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings was far from pleasant. The lack of flavor in the wings, coupled with the poor quality of the sides, left me feeling dissatisfied and regretful of my decision to dine there. If given the chance, I would rate my experience with a negative number, and I have no intention of returning to Buffalo Wild Wings in the future.

Parked here for less than an hour around 10pm and had around $800 worth of stuff stolen out of my truck.Will never go back to this location.Update:Tried to talk to the manager about looking at the camera footage and he refused.Said I had to talk to the police but they were closing so I couldn't wait there. Never was able to get any footage.I went back one more time recently and the food was bad, and it felt pretty neglected overall.
