By far the worst chipotle I have ever been to. I was here more than a couple of times and everytime they were out of atleast 2 items and the restaurant was not crowded. They just ran out of stuff and i dont see anyone cooking the items. Recently, Chicken burnt, rice not cooked properly. Very very poorly managed store. The employees are friendly but they lack direction. The store needs a new manager!

Actual idiots work here. Tried to charge me for double beans because I asked for an extra scoop, and then she proceeded to tell me I could get guacamole for free it was included and I said no I will have my beans and be charged normal. They refused, what kinda stupid logic is that? My burrito was only beans rice veggies and Pico? Didn't even get sour cream or guacamole but I can't just get some beans?

This location was busy when I came, and the server serving me still accomplished everything very fast and prompt. A difficult customer ahead of me was being rude to her and she was very professional in servicing everyone on time. Also her makeup slayed 5/5. ?

If you don’t want to serve the food accurately as per the order instructions please close the store don’t just mess up the order and give worst experience to customers. Ordered online the people work there they just don’t care about what they got in the order not even worth of $ been food served just given half portion of the bowl and missing items in the order. These days I started hating chipotle service to the customer. I really pissed off with this restaurant.
This may be a one off issue, but they were completely out of meat and lettuce. Someone called out how long the chicken would take, but it was not communicated that that was the only meat that was ready. How do you run out of all your meats?Vegetarian options: It's build your own so easy to make vegetarian. Sofritas are a plant-based option or you can just go veggies (and the guac is free)

I love chipotle i'm a main customer to their company and iv never been to this location but it's close to my work so i thought i would give it a try, and this is the worst location to come to. It was 7:15pm when i ordered and the didn't have any rice, sour cream, guacamole and most of the meat was gone they didn't have much. I asked if they had anymore n the back and they said no and asked if that's ok and had me go on with my day . As i'm sitting eating my food someone passes by the drink station where im sitting and i see someone with a little cup full of guacamole, they made me feel completely singled out cause the staff was to lazy to go grab some more and most of them were on their phone. If anything please go to a different chipotle the drive is worth it than paying for something that you don't want. Along with everything else there was hair in my food

This place used to be pretty on point but now consistently does not have it together. Usually lacking 1 or more proteins or bases. Management watches while cooks struggle to keep up. Today there were 4 people working the line while one cook (seemingly new) tried to keep a full grill together.
