Worst food and money minded. I am actually looking for zero or minus star. This food and the person working deserves -ve reviews.

Read the reviews, trust me they are spot on. Don’t waste your money. We were in a hurry but they weren’t at all. We just expected that it would be fast in and out based off the name of the business. We wasted 30 minutes and $35 not knowing what meal was what. Also, couldn’t understand the employee at all. Didn’t have protein meat but all vegetables based. Curry in a hurry is definitely in NO hurry.

I really don't like this place. I've come here a few times over the last few years because it's literally 3 min from where I work. It's always just been just ok. But now, they've taken their service and their food to a whole new low.- no one acknowledged my presence. Not a hi or anything.- I knew to order at the tablet, so I did. Cheese dosa, mango Lassi, and some dessert. After I pay, THEN it says it'll be 20 to 30 friggin minutes. I thought this was curry in a hurry?!- after 30 minutes, I started walking around trying to find eye contact with someone. Someone came out of the back on her phone and did something by the cashier. Still no hi or anything.- when I realized she was going to just ignore me as she walked back towards the back, I went ahead and did the excuse me, how long will it be? She said "soon"- so I said, then can I have a refund because I didn't know it would take this long and I can't wait around any longer. "5 min" all of a sudden.- she comes out with my food within 5 min. Then directs me to the refrigerator to get my own mango Lassi out. You mean to tell me that you've seen me here for over half an hour, and don't even think to give me my mango Lassi when it was right there?! I've already paid. I've already TIPPED! ugh this is what's wrong with tip culture. Don't get me started.- the food is bland. The dosa tastes burnt but it's also soggy. It's likely that their heating element is dirty with old burnt food. The only thing decent is the mago lassi, and i had to get that myself.I am never coming here again. You shouldn't either. This place needs to go.

Curry in Hurry catered breakfast and chai during our wedding weekend and everything was very tasty! I tried the bataka poha, khaman dhokla, upma and fafda chutney and was happy with all of the items. Their prices are fair and their food is delicious!

Very money minded. They had a stall at the Round Rock Diwali and had samosas on the menu. I waited in the line since I wanted samosas for my kid and although they still had samosas left, the cashier refushed to provide samosas and insisted that I can have samosa chat instead, which the kid cannot have as it's spicy. Just so they can make $2 dollars extra by selling samosa chaat, he refused to sell samosas. And on top of that, he suggested that he has cheetos which the kid can have. Is that a better and healthier alternative? She kept asking for samosas later, such a disappointing experience. They did this for $2, so I wonder what they must be doing in their kitchen for cost cutting and being so money minded.Stay away. I would recommend not to go at all. Poor customer treatment.
I would not buy aloo parathas and the paneer curry even if they are selling it for free l!!

The food is fresh and delecious. I was in Austin for an Indian wedding and Curry In Hurry were the caterers. Live counters were setup for chaat, pavbhaji and deserts at the wedding which was a huge hit. After the wedding I visited there restaurant to get some more of the delecious chaat items.I will highly recommend Papdi Chaat, Pav Bhaji, Dahi Puri and Vada Pav. Definitely coming back on my next trip to Austin.

So glad to find this all vegetarian place. It is a staple for our family to dine-in and take out from Curry in Hurry. We had them cater for Puja at my home and they made some delicious no onion no garlic dishes for us. No need to say that the food was a hit at our puja. I will highly recommend to get events catered with Curry In Hurry.

NOT FOR JAIN'S. I wanted to share my disappointing experience at this restaurant. Despite their claims of offering Jain food and branding themselves as Jain-friendly, the owner didn't bother to explain the Jain dishes. Instead, they left it to a non-Gujarati, who wasn't familiar with Jain cuisine, to do so.I traveled quite a distance with the expectation of enjoying Jain food, but to my dismay, the only options available were Chaat. This is disheartening, especially as a Gujarati who takes pride in ensuring no one goes hungry.I called in advance and was assured they had many Jain dishes, but the reality was a far cry from their promises. It's frustrating and a waste of time to visit a place that doesn't live up to its claims. It's essential for restaurants to be true to their branding and provide the services they advertise. My experience was nothing short of horrible, and I would caution against labeling yourself as Jain-friendly if you don't intend to deliver on that promise.Gujarati maate Sharamnaak experience
