They're the cafeteria for the William Clements state office building. The state office buildings' cafeterias tend to be pretty awful, including mine (the "food" at even the Capitol's cafeteria is an abomination). KT's is about 2 or 3 cuts above. Their fried chicken is better than Lucy's! The service is friendly, too.

This place is great. They offered homecooked meals for breakfast and lunch that are extremely affordable. This place is located within the capitol complex and mostly frequented by state employees. I have enjoyed eating here daily during my time in this office.

Many of the State buildings have a cafeteria style eatery and KT's is one of my favorites. Prices are good and the folks take pride in the meals they serve. I enjoy lunch here regularly.

KT is the kindest man and most of the food at his deli is wonderful. I especially love the baked fish as it is always high quality. The breakfast tacos are stuffed to overflowing and are very tasty.

Update - After so much negative feedback to the owner, he made improvements. The nice man serving food now is awesome! Very friendly, gives you plenty of food/ doesn't skimp, no bad attitude or drama, he smiles at everyone - I hope he never leaves!

This place is a bit lack-luster. Cafeteria style dining. It must have been a bad day to go in based on the other reviews. The staff seemed unhappy for some reason, not towards us but just in general. They only had two items available to order; the crunchy beef tacos and baked potato. Baked potato was, in fact, a baked potato. Nothing on it. Just a potato. It was baked all the way through! And big. That's pretty much all I can really say about that. The taco was very full with meat which was nice. The meat, however, was ground and extremely greasy. Flavorful though! There was fresh shredded cabbage and cheese on top. Reminds me of a more generous Taco Bell to be quite honest. Nothing wrong with that, just not particularly special. Great for a quick and inexpensive bite to eat! Things move quickly and the food is pretty ok!
