Love the dosa here. Been in US since 2009, tried Dosa in many restaurants but never got to eat Dosa that is more Karnataka style. Taste is amazing, check it out you wouldn’t regret it!!Also, the owner is very kind and friendly. Trying to reinvent, fuse western and Indian on some of the other items on the menu…. Pretty cool !! Give this place a shot ….

Nice change. Not as noisy as feared, very tasty, but spicy. Nice outside (we picked a cooler day).

Please mark restaurant closed when it’s not. I drove all the way in cold / freeze for food for 45 mins. I could see it was closed … the google said it was open ! I called the owner and he also told its open. After calling twice he marked it closed. Please don’t waste customers time. My time is precious

Absolutely delicious ? (using paranthas for the wrap) and traditional dosas! Great team and what they produce is extraordinary. Wish we had this in NYC. ??
They catered food at our office event today and was simply amazing full of flavors and aroma. Rice I wouldn’t call it Hyderabadi biryani due to tomatoes and over all flavor but it was really tasty.Liked the paneer gravy and Chana masala. Wil try it individually with family as well

We had this food truck out tonight and neighbors loved it. ClearWater Ranch in Liberty Hill. We had a lot of positive comments about the quality of the food. Also on the service and the friendly staff. It was a hit and we will have them back. Highly recommend this truck!

Hired Konfusedesi to be our caterers for our housewarming party. It was a lunch event for about 50 guests. They delivered the food to our house exactly on the time we decided. The food was great, and a lot of our guests commented on it and asked for details for their future events. Great food and service, would recommend them for catering 10/10.

Konfusedesi is a food truck serving delicious Indian food. I loved their Chowpatti bowl, which consists of chana masala (chickpea curry), rice, and little bit of salad. The curry is flavorful and definitely on the spicy side, but not so spicy it's inedible. The portions are generous; my bowl lasted me for two meals, and it reheated wonderfully. The owners are very friendly too.

Food, service and atmosphere is amazing but I am giving 3 stars because of the price. I don’t believe the price for what I ate is worth as much. 15-16$ for a dosa in Texas? Come on. Won’t work with a price sensitive customer. Even as a kannadiga no bias due to pricing. Atmosphere is also standard parking lot type. Lot of cicada in the trees buzzing and can get hot obviously as it’s outside.
The Food was delicious. I recommend this place.
