Trashy awful place. Food cold and they continually prepare the burgers incorrectly. When I showed the employees and manager, they refused to make my order over correctly! Ya, crazy, huh?? Their customer service is severely lacking but at least this matches the quality of their food. What happened? McDonald's used to be a reliable place to get a mediocre overpriced burger. Now, this place has continually proved they can sink lower!If you want a burger, go only 1/4 mile away to SONIC. They're delicious! And Chick-fil-A is also nearby at Parmer and Mopac. Don't come to this McDonald's. They literally DO NOT CARE about the customer nor the food they prepare.

The whole menu board at the drive thru was broken. I ended up getting my usual sausage mc muffin with egg, but it was so cold that the cheese didn't melt at all. Not my greatest visit.
