It’s fine. Better than the one with a drive thru down the road.
Food is under cooked and stale. I have been to Panda Express in lakeline mall, which was good. This one is worst. I will suggest to avoid this at any cost. Don’t be fooled by vouchers.
Gabriel helped me with my order and he was AMAZING! While dealing with a huge crowd, online orders, he was still able to get us freshly cooked entrées! He was knowledgeable, quick, and extremely pleasant! He deserves a raise and an opportunity for management!
I don't know why this location has bad reviews cause this is literally the best one out there! I've been coming to this location for years and it's never been bad. Amy, the manager, is the best one out there! Food is always fresh, restaurant is always clean and organized, they greet their customers when they walk in, etc. I can go on and on. I've been to many other Panda restaurants and this one is top notch. Keep up the excellent work!
Don’t come here, they’re stingy compared to all other Pandas
Worst experience ever at a panda express. Would not recommend this location to anyone. I arrived at around 8:45pm location closes at 10pm. When I arrived there was hardly any food avaliable to order, didn't have the full menu avaliable but it seemed that cleaning the restaurant was the most important concern. So they could go home early. Once I ordered they told me they would make fresh food. I waited for at least 10 minutes for them to attempt to give the scrapps of the old food. So even after I ordered food and was waiting it was still more important to clean
Mt daughter and I ALWAYS enjoy Panda. I LOVE their fried rice with orange chicken. No photos since we go to a different location every time.

unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. The staff member who assisted us (latino lady )was rude and dismissive, which made the entire experience unpleasant for me and my wife. We came in 30 minutes before closing time expecting a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, but instead, we were treated poorly while ordering our food.
Terrible customer service both in store and their lack of support phone number. They pass the buck, aren’t particularly pleasant and make no effort to remedy a problem. 2 weeks later, no response from them. They don’t deserve (my) business.

Not sure what her name was but it was a blonde(?) lady with glasses. She was very friendly and understanding and gave me good suggestions. Really appreciate her kindness. 12/2/24 around 9pm

janine was great but unfortunately i found what she described as “pieces that fell off the silver scrub” in my food. i didn’t notice it until it cut my mouth as i was chewing. when i called she said she would leave a note for the manager to request a refund but no one ever followed up and i never got my money back despite not being able to finish the food. i come here often on my break but don’t think i can trust the cleanliness of the restaurant after this.

Everytime I come and bring my family they always try pre closing starting at 8pm when they close at 10pm!!! There portioning is a joke. Here are some pics from walking in at 8:30pm have close to nothing!! How are you gonna run a restaurant and only have 3 entrées ready to go out of over 12 different things on a FRIDAY NIGHT!!! Your supposed to have the whole menu from the time you open to the time your scheduled to close. This has been happening for way over 8 months that I can see probably longer. HOW DOES CORPORATE LET YALL GET AWAY WITH LOOSING MONEY AND NOT SATISFYING YOUR GUESTS. Someone needs to call not BAR RESCUE BUT RESTAURANT RESCUE!!!
