Maybe it was an off night, but not a great dining experience. Service was slow and our table and some of the plates were not clean. The drinks and food were okay.
Service was terrible, don't recommend. They sat us a half hour after the original time of our reservation, the server was unaware that it was my sister's birthday even though it was included in the resy, and kept forgetting to refill our waters. We had a cake for the birthday girl and it was brought out in the box, uncut and candles not lit. Food was ok but not worth it for the price.
Waiter was hilarious made the experience so much better and food was so good definitely will be back
Our server was great!! Super attentive, kind and fun. Had an issue with a plate and he immediately resolved it BUT: had Two (yes: 2) hairs in the food 🤮and floors were disgustingly sticky both on the outside deck and bathrooms.
Just had an amazing meal at RA sushi bar restaurant—excellent feedback all around! Highly recommend! Open balcony... fresh raw seafood.. simple awesome!
Great vibes!! Our server Tanner was amazing and the DJ played the best music all night. I highly reccommend coming here for dinner to get your weekd going
the food was good. I asked for the Christmas special and was like a regular meal, I expected something different. Our waiter was amazing. Good person and great with his service
Drinks came after appetizers and we didn't get all our main dishes. I don't think our server ever put them all in. He never checked up on us. We didn't get wasabi or soy sauce with meal- had to go to the bar to get those items.
Went on Christmas Day but the food wasn't good. The sushi was fishy and the chicken in the ramen bowls chewy. Ambience is cute but that's about it.
The girls and I came to check out RA's new wagyu menu, we had such a fun night dining under the city lights. The downtown atmosphere was a vibe with martinis flowing and a live DJ setting a dinner club tone. Our server Tanner was incredibly kind and attentive, which really made the experience. Perfect spot for a lively night out with friends ✨🍸

Went with a friend and had such a great experience! We tried the Wagyu Around the World menu and the Wagyu was cooked perfectly. The lychee martini was so good and our server was amazing and incredibly helpful! Location is also conveniently located downtown.
This place deserves a 5-star! You get to eat outside injoying the view while you eat! Food is the best thing and I highly recommend the bento boxes and the steak, chicken or shrimp burrito these are really good!!❤️❤️🍱🌯

Still thinking about the experience ✨ The views were breathtaking and created the perfect backdrop for an incredible evening. Their three-course meal was a standout, each course intentionally crafted, balanced, and bursting with flavor. Amazing service, beautiful ambience, and an unforgettable dining experience. Thank you for having me, already planning my next return🤍
I visited RA Sushi last night after a long day of work. I’m grateful that they are one of the few restaurants downtown that stay open until 12 am. Not only were they open when I came in late at night, I loved how they lite up my sushi with fire and served it. Their gyozas are probably the best that I have so far tried in Austin. They are light and not too crispy, but super tasteful. The interior there has always been absolutely beautiful. I remember going there on a date one time and it was so busy, but yesterday I went thereby myself-it was such a nice and quiet setting. I highly recommend.

Today I had a horrible experience with the service at Ra Sushi. Our original waitress was very tunnel-visioned and not attentive to our table at all.
The first issue was the Espresso Martini, which was far too sweet due to too much simple syrup. After receiving our first round of appetizers, the waitress never came back to check on us. We waited over 30 minutes and still did not receive our edamame. We eventually had to get a manager’s attention to address the issue.
Manager Cristina stepped in and was helpful, letting us know she would take over our table. However, we still had to point out that our edamame was missing. Cristina then had to return to manage the bar section and introduced yet another person to take over our table.
When our entrées finally came out, we were still missing our steak and rice plate, and again, no one checked on us. Each time, someone from our table had to flag down staff just to get basic service. Eventually, we had to walk to the bar to speak with Cristina again to explain that we were still missing a plate and that, at this point, we were simply done with the entire experience.
Overall, the service was extremely disappointing and unorganized. This was a horrible experience for us within a one hour and half time frame.
