Pulled up to the intercom to make an order for happy hour route 44 big red and I was told to wait I waited for about 3 minutes still no one took my order so I left just please sneeze to hire more people to work

We only went here twice cause our last experience wasn’t that good at all. Today we went back cause I was craving for the foot long. The order taker had trouble in understanding/ hearing us, as well as the other car beside us. I guess he got upset cause he had to go out twice. He took our order wrong. Normally I would give Sonic 5 stars but this time only 3 stars. My drink was GREAT. My food not so great. The burger looked slapped together and when I got home they forgot my tater tots. I will still go to Sonic because I can customize my drink the way I want.
