I went to this location and ordered my sandwichI went in with a coupon I had recently received in the mailWhen I tried using it the person who was waiting on me said that the coupon had already been used I even went and bought the whole sheet of coupons in so she could try anotherSame responseNeedless to say I was frustrated with their system and left with out the sandwichI wouldn't pay full price for a $7 to $8That was ringing up at $12 to $13

I ordered online from the Subway app and picked up. After coming back home, when we opened the sandwiches, found hardly any chicken were there in the sandwiches. Also, we ordered with American cheese but we were given shredded cheese. I will never go to this location again. I wish I could give negative star.

Call this store multiple times to cancel a mobile order and they just wouldn’t answer at all .. now I’m trying to figure out how to get the refund and for them to answer .

Seriously, don't bother eating there! Ordered on Sunday through DoorDash, and the delivery took forever—3 hours late, plus missing drinks. No refund or sorry from Subway or DoorDash. Tried again at 8 pm for pickup, but the restaurant had no clue about my order. They even asked me to show the app for instructions. Worst service ever!

The worst subway in Austin. If I could give negative rating I will give them a -100. The curly hair guy refused to give me my cookie which was a part of the order through the app, saying you need to buy your sandwich in store to redeem the cookie , the worst part is him and the other guy suddenly talk in Spanish so the customers cannot understand they are making fun. We have ordered 2 foot longs and requested to cut them in half which was not done and when asked they said you can them at home and while I was still talking they went inside and have not returned. People do not go to this location especially when the curly hair guy is working- he and his coworker are racist and unpleasant.Dietary restrictions: Does not change their gloves after touching meat. Which is the basic rule you get taught when you get a food handlers card. What’s worse is this guy was also touching his hair and touching the food.

I first want to mention that I have come to this subway often, and generally had positive experiences. Today, the person preparing my sub appeared to be unwell. Her nose was red, she was coughing a lot on her elbow and she was moving quite slowly. Please ensure that your employees are able to take off when sick to rest and recover, for their health and for the health of your customers.

After given the benefit of the doubt. Instructions are never read when simply asking for extra toasty bread so to the folks who online order. The special instructions are useless at this location.

Very very rude staff. The most unpleasant people I've ever witnessed in food service as a customer. The food is OK. That's the only reason why I'm giving it a star. I would give it zero stars if that was an option though but the food is good though, but I can go to any other Subway and get the same food. The ladies that work there are very disrespectful saying I know I can read that and grabbing my phone without gloves just so they can make sure that I wasn't lying about my order. How low do you have to stoop to lie about an order? And it starts being Spanish to me even after I said, I don't know Spanish and they wouldn't allow me to speak English. I had to use a translator app there never again will I ever be back to this subway. Subway You should be ashamed of yourselves of letting your operation run like this.

Very bad experience!! Specially there is a guy with curly hair is very rude behavior and disrespecting with me. He didn’t put everything in my order whatever I submitted online. when i told him to put in my sandwich he keep arguing with me. Will probably not come again in this location.

I had twice incidents in this store . I placed orders online and choose curbside . Each time Jeremy forcing me to come inside to pick my order because he is only person worked . If they don’t have enough staff then either stop curbside service to customer or deliver without any fail. In my first incident I thought it’s just onetime but I was so unhappy for second time .

I ordered two sandwiches and they messed up the veggies.. I said no tomatoes but they added them.. I asked for black olives but they didn't add them.. I asked for pickles..but they didn't add them.. ..so disappointed...I would never order here again..

With no sign or any indication that the location isn't accepting American Express cards. The staff neglected to mention anything of the sort until I went to pay for my fully made sandwich. When asked what I should do the staff, an older rude man, said I need to pay with a different card or cash. I work all over texas during the week and have to utilize my company provided credit card for all meal transactions. When informed of this, all the rude older man had to say was a half-hearted sorry. Staff clearly did not care about their mistake. I've never had this issue at other locations. Serious disappointment.
