Got my food came home and it was horrible the burrito Supreme exploded it my hands then I go for the just hard taco shells both bottoms were busted it out the meat part was stuck to the bottom of the wrapper the rest pretty much a broken corn tortilla was in my hands was the worst food I've ever got out of a fast food place everything fell apart made a mess on my couch now I've got to clean the spills because it wasn't preped right never again will I spend my money that I don't have to go to this location it was horrible

Corporate NEEDS to come and assess this store, I called like a few minutes ago because they had the drive-through wait for like 20 minutes and then whoever answered sounded like a little teenager getting attitude with me. If you can't serve customers then maybe don't stay open this late!!! They're always screwing the order anyway. I will be reaching out to the main guys and make sure they come look at this store because they're losing business. Bunch of stupid kids they're hiring

Possibly the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to; from Boston, to Northern Ohio and throughout Houston/Dallas/San Antonio. Took 20 minutes to get an order I put in online, and it was STILL made wrong. The restaurant itself is in disarray with clutter and food sitting on the tables the entire 20 minutes I've waited, not one person even came to check the lobby. Taco Bell isn't a 4 star restaurant, but at least do the job you get paid to do, right? 5 or 6 staff members here think otherwise. Only took one photo due to other customers who asked me to not post their picture.

Haven’t had Tacobell in years. I came in and ordered 2 chalupa supreme. Got home and it was the wrong order. I came back and was helped by a friendly, professional, and upbeat staff. Dining at fast food restaurants has been nightmarish as of late, but this team was solid. Whomever runs this particular location is doing a great job.

The night shift worker 01/18/2024 black hair 1:60 tall treated me very poorly to deliver the order and asked me to go around the front of the store to deliver the order at 11:40 p.m. and Then he asked me to go through the drive tru which is where my order should be delivered since it was a takeout order. I hope that the store managers have better workers because that lady is horrible at serving the public. And he laughed in my face just like his companions
