This location has really turned things around in the past few months. Before things were so bad, I actually started going up to 290 location because this location took more than 30 minutes to service like 4-5 cars and they were out of items all the time. I almost exclusively eat at night from 8PM - 12AM. The night crew recently has been so good. Very nice to talk to like they are actually fairly happy. 4-5 car lines are sent through in just a few minutes. My food is made correctly. This is all late night eaters ask for.So management, keep this vibe going! Go tell these crews they are doing well. My receipt today says cashier is Anant J. Go tell this person and the other working with them that they are doing great. Then, wild idea I know, give them a pay raise. Keep morale and service good. They have probably increased sales more than 100% anyways just by the cars I see go through the line compared to before. So please keep up the great work. Thanks.
Update: Had it again recently and it was delicious and great service.Not sure I should give it a star. So many times they have had issues with their computer or just not able to take orders etc. Today there was moldy cheese. So I just can’t give a good review.

We placed an order to have it brought home. It took them an hour and a half to bring it. We had to call since they did not update the order and the delivery time had already passed by far. The only thing they told us was that they had sent another delivery earlier and they didn't even apologize. When it finally arrived it was all cold and dismantled, things were missing and the drink was incorrect. I will never order anything from this terrible place again.

Absolutely awful, instead of a brisk iced tea, we literally got carbonated water. the large nacho fries were small instead. the veggie mexican pizza we were charged for wasn't even there. and they messed up one of the soft tacos completely.avoid. avoid at all costs. I've never seen a place mess up orders this bad before.
Bean ,cheese ,rice burrito. Taco red sauce instead of the sour vinegar sauce. And toasted Dark. I don't eat the safe for human consumption, pink

Unfortunately, now I've got to switch it to one star. If I could give it negative stars I would. Smh... Where should I begin... ??♀️ Let me start my saying, I've been coming to this Taco Bell since 2009 when I moved to Austin. Sadly, today will be my last visit. First of all, this whole "real people's jobs being replaced by robots/computers" nonsense is for the birds! It's HORRIBLE! You walk in and everything is awkwardly quiet, nobody greets you, nobody says anything at all and your face-to-face with a kiosk computer where you place your order. No human interaction whatsoever! It's absolutely ridiculous... Impersonal and stale experience. Anyways, I ordered the new grilled cheese steak and bacon burrito combo but when I got it it was so hot I could not eat it and I'm not really that much of a lightweight when it comes to spice but this was hot! So I went back into the store to reread the menu, first of all. Had I missed something? I don't remember it being advertised as something that's unusually spicy. In fact, I don't remember reading anything about spice at all regarding this burrito. I walk in and I stand there for about 7 minutes without a single person even acknowledging my existence! No, "hello!" No, "is there something I can help you with?" Nothing... Sure enough, it does not say anything about it being hot. Finally, a gray haired gentleman started walking towards me and he says, "hi". I start out by apologizing and explaining that I don't usually complain, but that the burrito is so hot that I was unable to eat it. He looks at me and says, "well yeah, it's got Chipotle sauce in it" as if I should know. Mind you, it doesn't say anything about it on the menu. I kindly request that it be remade and he did so, begrudgingly and with attitude. I thanked him again and apologize for the inconvenience and I left. The story would have stopped there. In fact, I wasn't going to write a review... That is, until I opened up my burrito and compared it to the description on the Taco Bell website. This man threw some trash in a tortilla and grilled it! Tortilla chips? Really? It had almost none of the ingredients it was supposed to have, and by this time- I'M LIVID. And I'm done. Please retrain your employees on how to make the items on the menu and also how to provide better customer service. I understand that it's not exactly easy to find good employees that want to work these days, but come on! Give me a freaking break! Waste of my time and money.

This place is a joke worse service the GM is rude and unhelpful. I do not recommend going here. The foundation is always broke. And when you ask for extra meet or cheese you get charged but you don't get the extra you paid for.

Walked in to find notes on the kiosks announcing "no fountain drinks", which wasn't accurate - the problem was no ice, which could have easily been remedied by going next door to 7-11 and buying a few 10 lb bags. Also waited too long for my order because they skipped over it on their order screen in the back. Food was fine but overall an unsatisfying experience.
