Rudest workers I have ever met.We pulled up to the window and the worker introduced himself once and then said he won’t take any delivery orders even though it was placed an hour before close. He then ignored us for the rest of the night. If you won’t do your job don’t work at all.We watched them hide from us afterward and this can be seen in the photos. I used to love this place but it is safe to say will never come here again. I kindly knocked on the window and they looked at me and pretended to ignore me. This was before close. Be lazy elsewhere.

The worst taco bell in the city possibly.The lobby is always filthy, there's always multiple things empty from napkins to sauces. The tables are never clean and you'll find sticky spills and food bits on them and trash around the lobby and overflowing trash cans. Whoever closes definitely doesn't clean and restock because it's like this first thing in the morning and any time of day you go. It doesn't matter if there's 1, 2, or 3 people on staff, they will take forever to make your order even if you're the only person there. Oddly workers will just disappear into the back of the kitchen. It's as if they don't want to work or want to go chit chat or be on their phones back there. They never have any iced coffee ready or flat out just forget you order it (this has happened on several occasions). It happens when management is there and frankly they are sometimes engaging in the behavior or allowing it themselves. They never seem to be in a good mood and I can clearly see why. This whole store needs a serious overhaul of current management and employees. It's rough!

This location is extremely hit or miss. There used to be one guy who worked the drive thru that was really nice but I haven't seen him in months.
Oh how I wish 0 star ratings was a thing. I think in the 3 years of living nearnand visiting this taco bell location, I've only had maybe 3 successful transitions. Only 3 times in 3 years have they gotten my order correct where I didn't have to cancel or return for missing items, all of the menu items were in stock, they weren't closed earlier than the suggested time on the door, and the customer service was good.My very last experience takes the cake and is the reason why I'm officially done with Taco Bell. Saturday night Oct 21st, I ended up with food poisoning.I ordered through the app headed up the street to pick up my food. The customer service was, typical. 2 young guys working on a Saturday night. One looked as if he was high as hell and the other looked like he was having a rough night and didn't want to be there. I should've returned my items when I received them and they were thrown all over the bag. It was dark, and it was late. Before I pulled off from the drive thru I only looked in the bag (which was ripped up by the way. Smh) to be sure I had 4 items and nothing was missed. I didn't take anything out. Literally, when I got home (right down the street) and actually pulled my items out of the bag, the contents of my entire taco, was at the bottom of the bag. I should've taken a picture but I was so pissed after removing the burritos from the bag and seeing that I wouldn't get to eat my taco, I just threw the bag in the trash (-_-). I didn't eat my food right away but my bf did. Maybe an hour later he complained of not feeling well. He said the taco bell didn't seem to be sitting well with his stomach. By this time I'd eaten half of my burrito (since I didn't have a taco) and I was feeling ok. He ended up throwing all his food up. He told me I could have the rest of his food because he was done. Rightfully soFast forward to Sunday, early evening. I pull my leftover taco bell (and my bf's) out of the fridge heated it up, and dug in.... Right before bed my stomach felt a little funny but I brushed it off. I figured, typical taco bell bubble guts. Boy, was I wrong. I was awakened at 330am with some of the worst stomach aches/pains in my life. I jumped up and rushed to the bathroom. I spent the entirety of my morning (was suppose to be at work by 7am) discharging my taco bell contents from both ends and the stomach aches/pains were constant. I'd feel a sudden rush of pain in my stomach and have to rush back to the bathroom. I/my stomach didn't get back to normal and wasn't able to keep down the contents of a full solid meal until yesterday, Wednesday.Sooo yeahhh, I'm going to go ahead and delete the app off my phone. This is the end of my run with Taco bell.
