The store is always very clean and the food is good. Sometimes it seems they are short staffed and that would be only complaint.
The worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. Every time I go here I get messed up items, cold food, and any special sauce ordered is less than a tablespoon in the container. First time thought maybe I just hit a bad batch, now I know it’s the restaurant. Don’t come here, drive a couple extra miles to a better Taco Bell.

It's Taco Bell. You know what to expect. No front counter service only the order kiosk. Decently clean dining area. Restrooms are locked and you have to attempt to find an employee that will open the door for you.

Small gripe but, make sure to check your orders before you drive off. A go to order for us is ground beef soft tacos with just meat and cheese. It's a simple order but 3 out of the last 4 times we ordered there were other stuff in the tacos, even though the ticket had the correct order.When I took my order back this last time they apologized, gave me the right order, and also some comp coupons. That honestly made me go from a 1 star review to a 3 star review. Good customer service goes a long way. Just hope they are a little more accurate with the orders on the future.

Legitimately one of the best Taco Bells I've been to in Austin. I've been here about 3-4 times in recent months and I've had great and fast service through the drive-through each time. I actually come to this one intentionally even though I live closer to the Lake Creek one. The food I've had from this one is always very warm or hot too.Even just tonight, I had a 2 free items coupon that the guy in the drive-thru let me keep from the awful Lake Creek one giving me an entirely different order and shorting me a ton of food. Not sure if he felt bad or thought the coupon was fake, but I absolutely appreciated it.
Bathroom has no paper towels and no soap in the dispenser. 7 employees handling your food with 0 soap. Enjoy!

Worst tacos I have been to. They gave us the cold fries. They were saggy n stale. Upon requesting for new , they gave us the same microwaved ones. The chalupas are also stale.
