To say Takoba has THE BEST MICHELADA IN AUSTIN does not say enough. Every time I go to Takoba I get the best service I’ve ever received. Either a family owns this place or they take such great care of their people that they have a limitless passion for client service. I should have written this review long ago; my boyfriend and I go to Takoba often and are never ever disappointed. We had the queso as an appetizer with homemade corn tortillas which was a great way to start the meal. I had the 1/2 pound of pastor which was excellent! Quick service and free parking lot around the corner. Highly recommended!

Loved this place! The one side of the restaurant is completely open to the street and includes a cute patio so you can feel the lovely weather in Austin. The seating is self-serve booths and picnic bench tables; you order from their counter and the food/drinks are delivered to your table.
