I've enjoyed good sandwiches from here before but last week I placed a pickup order for 3 sandwiches. 2 of the 3 came out great just the way they were ordered and had been prepared by the woman working that evening who seemed friendly and competent enough. The third hadn't been started when I arrived b/c they were out of the cloudwhich so I elected for it to be made on a wrap. It was supposed to be a double meat double cheese muffaletta. It was super disturbing to bite into Lamb meat. Definitely not double meat or cheese but also not at all the correct type of sandwich making all the other toppings combined with it into the most disgusting taste. I submitted feedback through the site from the account I ordered from but now it's been a week and I have not heard back at all. Not to mention while waiting on the last sandwich, there was only one customer in the building and I heard the toilet flushing as the 2nd employee came out of the bathrooms on his way to the food prep area and less than 15 seconds later appeared out in the sandwich making area with gloves on. Handling the meat of the last sandwich, at the time I thought he was making himself something, otherwise I would have said something then about the meat not being the right color or types.So I guess he thought instead of a muffaletta he'd make a mutton-letta with a side of improperly washed or not at all washed hands.

Placed a $60+ online order for my team. When I arrived both associates were on their phone and didn't even look up for several minutes while I waited. They handed me 4 empty cups. I asked if they knew what the drinks were and they said no. They said check the receipt. One employee came out and told me what the drinks were but didn't help me fill the 4 and just went back to his phone. They had one other customer eating in the restaurant so not really to busy to complete the order. What's the point of tipping on your order when there's literally no service to

All tables were dirty. Not one clean table to sit at. Food was good and service was ok. Floor was just as dirty. Bathrooms were broken. Overall terrible.

The sandwich was great they need to have more places in town because they are one of the best sandwich shops I have been in so far but trying to ask questions one of the workers couldn't communicate back with you about the sandwich and the place but it's one coming to manor, Texas soon

Wow, I guess I can begin on the first and Rogan behind the counter, who that only had his back turned to me, but it was also on his phone not even acknowledging a customer there. I had to say hello three times before he even turned around or acknowledged me, and I'm not that quiet of a person, the sandwich took at least four minutes to make and nobody was working on it half the time when I said hey where is my sandwich? Gonna be ready they said wait a few minutes. Then I had green poop for two days after I ate the sandwich. And I know it was the sandwich. The people working on it must have not washed their hands or the ingredients were bad. The only reason why I'm giving it two stars and not one star is because the sandwich while I was eating, it was tasty prayer thing else was terrible wonder be returning not only because of the terrible customer service, but also the terrible affects of the food! NEVER COME HERE PLEASE

Placed an online order 12/31 and when I got there it was closed but the open sign was on. Called multiple times to get a refund and keep getting the run around. Called to speak to a manager and they picked the phone up and hung up. Sent multiple emails also. Still nothing.
