I have tried everything on their menu all good, their brisket is as good as I could imagine finding any place. If you have a preference moist or dry just ask, Jamie will happily accommodate you if the truth be known He would probably prefer that you make a choice that way everybody's happy. I love this little BBQ Caboose! This is classic, simple Texas BBQ at its best. I love the chopped beef brisket sandwich the most. The owner and bbq master is truly one of the nicest businessmen in the Lake Travis area. Not pretentious, not terribly overpriced. We will lose a gem if they ever leave the area. Go support this local bbq truck! You won't be sorry!
