I love the new pop-tastic donut. The environment is pretty good, could clean up the bathroom and make the fan less loud, but overall, one of my favorite Shipleys. The service is good, smile!Kid-friendliness: It’s a great place for a kid to have a treat or a quick snack before Jiu Jitsu!

Picked up an online order, got home and realized a dozen donuts were missing. Drove all the way back, showed them the receipt, and they still had an attitude as if I was lying. Eventually gave me the missing items, but no apology and acted as if I was the one inconveniencing them.

11/13/23 around 12:30 noon horrible customer service from the worker. my card declined multiple times while knowing there was money on it. she proceeds to say it's declined you don't have any money on it when I expressed before that I did, and that I just used the card before coming to this location.. she had a short temper, and assumed I didn't have money instead of working with me for a solution to finish the transaction. very inconsiderate!!

Never had a problem with hot donuts when I came!!! I called this morning for hot hot like fresh out the grease donuts and they made them for me!!!!

Donuts are fine, but if you want to use a coupon from the Shipley Do-Nut app, forget it, they apparently don’t accept them at this location for some inexplicable reason.

I absolutely love me some Shipley Do-Nuts! We stopped by this store, because I got a later start to my morning and just needed something to hold me over until lunch. I ordered three Chocolate Iced Cakes and they were some of the smallest ones I'd ever seen.My regular Shipley store, on Dairy Ashford, consistently makes these do-nuts, slightly larger. Sure, it could have been the way that this particular batch came out, but I've come across at least one more location where the dough does not equal the dollar. It isn't fair and I'm telling!
