I had an açaí pb swizzle bowl door-dashed to my job I’ve eaten these for a long time now and have never received garbage like I’ve just received from this location. I’ve spoken with one of the managers and they said it was nothing they could do about it. Be careful ordering here where workers don’t care about the hard earned money you spend at this specific establishment.

I'm only reviewing because I was extremely annoyed and I could not express my annoyance immediately because I was on the phone with my mom at the time I picked up my order...So anyway, I placed a pickup order using the app and normally (at other locations) I pull up to the drive thru and let them know I made a pickup order and they let me know I can pull to the window. I order ahead and my toddler is always with me so I don't want to have to get out of the car for something quick.On this occasion I was told to give them a second when I got to the drive thru which was fine but then my kiddo started singing, being adorable af, and my mom called me. So I was distracted but then the car in front of me pulled up so I did as well. The fact that I didn't tell the person what I was there for completely escaped me. When I got to the window I was still on the phone with my mom.So this place, the drive thru window kind of pokes out and has windows on all sides so if you are serving the window then you can see how many cars are in line...With that being said, when the guy brought my pickup order he told me that I need to let them know at the speaker that I'm picking up an order and he said that was so I wouldn't be just waiting for someone to notice me... He said it with a big attitude! Sitting at the window I could see to the front door of this Smoothie King so if I was sitting at the drive thru unnoticed then whoever is working their isn't doing their job!I could've accepted the excuse of it being a safety issue for them instead of an inconvenience for me! I still would have appreciated if that attitude was kept to themselves.I'm giving 2 stars because at least the smoothie was good but had I not had my kiddo with me (who wanted the smoothie) then it would've been returned. I definitely will not be returning to this location. Every time I go to this smoothie king there is a younger woman who works there that has the most nasty attitude. She does not greet you, anytime you ask her something she asks as if she does not want to answer. Just extremely rude, I live right next to this smoothie king but I will now be driving to the next closet one to avoid this girl and her attitude.. she literally ruins my morning each time I go..

I wasn't going to even leave a review. Just take my loss and keep going but today was the final straw. THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not only is the young lady that is the every day morning cashier, extremally rude, inattentive and overall unprofessional SHES LIKE THAT EVERY DAY LIKE SEEK HELP OR GO TO SCHOOL THE MILITARY OR SOMETHING NOBODY IS MAKING YOU WORK HERE. Also, the young kid with the funky, absolutely ridiculous eyebrow piercings is lazy, rude as well and unable to take direction. It's obvious there is no manager in place or anybody of higher authority and if there is, then I'm more than concerned with the leadership style of this location. If they make $10 an hour here, PLEASE make it $5, beyond subpar employees at this location. HOW HARD IS TO MAKE A SMOOTHIE WHEN THE INGREDIENTS COME UNDER THE PICTURE LLOLOLOLOOLOLOL.
