Service was poor and waited a long time for food. Customers were rowdy, the place was unclean and most of the drinks in the drink machine were out of order. When someone in my party asked for sweet tea the cashier said okay, then she had to stand there and wait before rudly being told there wasn't any made.

If I could give them a negative zero, I would! The lady in the drive through was so rude and had no respect or customer service skills whatsoever! Learn how to treat people. She rushed me while I ordered and everything. I will not return.

I visited this location while traveling for work. I've never been a huge fan of Jack in the box, but it is hard to find anything healthy at fast food places, but I knew that they offered a healthy option, salad with grilled chicken. The cashier told me that they were out of grilled chicken. Go figure. Won't be wasting my time stopping at a jack in the box again.
