Very poor service today, 1 woman attempting to wait on all tables with another girl wandering around looking clueless. Sat down with my family, was literally sitting there for 30 minutes without any sort of acknowledgement. No Hello, No Sorry, No would you like a drink, not even an attempt to clean the table we were waiting at. Hire some help Bertha's!

Food is always delicious!!! I now live in the Houston area but whenever I'm in town visiting family I will always stop by at berthas and have breakfast !!

Waitress didn’t even welcome us in whether we needed to wait to sit down or just choose a seat as soon as we sat down menu were digital mind you I was having breakfest with Grama who could barley see yet had no actual menus after ordering our drinks she asked if we were ready to order we told her not yet not even a minute passed she comes by and asks if we have decided what we wanted but in a rudely manner we overheard her saying the cafe wouldn’t open full time do they are cutting her hours and she was working by herself still no reason to be treating everyone rudely food was not flavorful flour tortilla was burnt never going there again

Have had breakfast there several times. I was ready disappointed. I order half a plate of BBQ and half of plate was Chicharones en salsa. The BBQ was spoiled. I informed waitress and she took my plate. Waitress brought back a plate with the small portion of Chicharones I had with same fork. I went to pay for breakfast and was charged for half of the plate. Waitress said she was sorry and hoped I didn't get sick. I hope I don't get sick for the spoiled food I ate. I had 2 tastes of it. The first tasted odd and I had to taste again. I thought it was just me but it defines had gone bad. With this restaurant it is very much hit and miss as far as service and food goes. I don't believe we shall go back. Not after eating something spoil. I don't know if it's just mental but I sincerely have a stomach ache.

I have always drove past this place but have never tried it until this morning and I’m so glad. Wow! The food is amazing! I went for pick up and was immediately greeted as soon as I walked in. The person who greeted me was very kind and friendly and assured me I would love the breakfast and man was she right. I’ve always gone to other locations out of habit but now I can honestly say, this location will be my go-to place for breakfast! Food is full of flavor and very nice proportioned. Highly recommend!
Bad service . All tables were dirty , I decided to sit on one because she just had us standing there. I was there for 20 mins and she never cleaned it , She kept taking other orders and cleaning the coffee machine instead of cleaning our table and taking my order . I just left and decided to go to another restaurant, DONT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

I decided to go try this place today. My experience was not a good one. No greet at the door, all tables were dirty and we sat at a table that needed to be cleaned for like 10 minutes. Sadly, no one ever came to remove dirty dishes or even take our order. I was looking foward to trying this place. Unfortunately, I will never return. Dissapointed.
