Alma, the manager on duty has an attitude and yells at customers if we notice the food is wrong before leaving the drive thru. If she charged me for Bacon and cheese, the burger should include it and I shouldn't have been yelled at for asking to get my order corrected.
THIS IS SO DISGUSTING I got my food today at this burger king and turns out when i got the fries out of the box I found this… idk if it is an earring or button… but it is nasty Managers are so dumb AF didn’t want to take responsibility for the nasty stuff employees do and apparently don’t care about employees putting jewelry on peoples food as a “prank” as they say. If i could give this place a negative review TRUST ME … I WOULD! Manager was RUDE and said that I put it in there… yeah right like I have bad taste in jewelry LOL

They almost always get my order wrong, this time it was crusty chicken fingers, and they gave me two completely different burgers. I also asked them for fresh original chicken sandwich, I saw them refry the patties This location has been scummy throughout the years so I’m not too surprised. My last time at this location for sure.

Hardly ever go here anymore because it's always a disappointment . Decided to give it another try and I don't know why I convinced myself in doing so . Very rude and dry lady in the drive thru at 7:30 in the AM ! Her Customer service is just terrible , probably the worst ever . Couldn't even put my wallet in my purse without being rushed away because "the time was running" and no one was even behind me . Didn't even take a whole 30 seconds in putting down my order and adjusting myself before driving again .
