Today I had an incident in this place, there was an error in my food order, the employees did not know how to solve it, in the end they called the manager who behaved in a super rude way and threw the food at me, telling me that it was my fault. He had to pay it, the truth is he never returned to this place.

This is my second time coming to this location. I came 2 month’s ago and they only take cash both times. I went and got cash within minutes from the ATM. Came back and they couldn’t take my order of a number 1. I honestly think they keep not accepting debit cards so they won’t have to work. Instead of the automated voice asking about the app it should state what food they’re not serving.

Drive thru wait time is horrible, especially when they send you to wait in one of the spots for your order. They quite often forget napkins!! You would figure this would be a no brainer if you're going to consume food.
