I walked in to order take out. They literally stared at me and did nothing to approach me… even seated customers were telling them I I had walked in… they looked at me and still didn’t approach….. I called on the phone afterward and they told me to hold… couple mins went by and I hung up.

I came here not knowing what to expect. Only to be blow away. The staff was great, prices were great food was to die for, and it felt like I was eating somewhere on the west coast. I frequent this establishment. Highly recommend

Amazing service from Gloria! We were a group of 6 and they took such good care of us. We ordered a big variety of food and everything was great. The shrimp really stood out. They have a huge selection of all kinds of food. Everything is made fresh and full of flavor. The service was impeccable, food amazing and we all loved this place!!

The food is very delicious, the waiting time is fine, they are places to relax and spend time with family or friends! They have a new menu we haven't been in a while and we loved the new dishes and drinks ?? If you're in a hurry you can't go to these places go to the fast food here you enjoy the stay, the company and the food in time, everything is prepared to order time you order it freshly made, very delicious, I recommend it ?

What a disappointment!!! I spoke at 6:55 and placed my order. The guy told me that my order would be ready in 15 minutes. We arrive and nothing. In fact, we waited 1 hour for my order to be ready. And to finish, one of the rolls (Mague) the shrimp was raw. I'm talking and they don't answer me. The truth is, what a shame. This place was one of our favorites and lately it has been a big disappointment.

I order often and I like the food…But today I ordered pick up and it would be ready in 25 minutes, they let me know after 50 minutes and the lady who served me told me that it is not ready yet and she wanted me to wait even longer that I didn't know why the order was not ready yet and I had to cancel it I couldn't wait any longer it was on my lunch break... Placed and order and was told it'll be a 30 minute wait. Once they charged me for my order I stayed waiting for my order for about an hour. 15 minutes before my order was complete, they told me last minute they didn't have 2 items they have already charged me for. Food isn't even great and service is subpar from what I expected.

I apologize for the badly written review by my son who was mad that his food (orange chicken) took forever. He stayed short of how bad this place is, we ordered orange chicken which was dry and served the wrong way of we ordered it, we ordered some boneless which were also dry chicken and cooked with bad oil. We also ordered sushi which should be their specialty, but the sushi rice was super dry and crumbled all upon trying to get it from plate and the inside of was very rationally served. My roll was fried and also tasted like the oil has been reused way too many times. This coming from a person that used to work at Chinese.Not a good place because they take FOREVER to bring food but whoever comes in seconds ago their foods are their in a minute worst restaurant ever.Parking: Not bad it was very empty.

i order door dash from sora at least once every other week, they ALWAYS leave out sauces from your order even though you pay extra from them. Other than that the food is good.

The food is always good... today I ordered chicken fried rice and got the rice with no chicken. When addressed, waiter laughs and says the other wait staff must have grabbed the wrong order. He asked if I wanted fresh rice with chicken or just a side of chicken to add to it. I requested the rice to be made correctly, fresh. 5 minutes later, a lady comes to my table with a tiny bowl of cooked chicken to add to our now, not so warm rice! Waiter comes back and asks if all was good... let him know we got a small bowl of chicken instead of a fresh order and he laughs it off saying he told them to make a fresh batch. Again, he asks do you want me to make it fresh? I said, either that or take it off my bill... THEY DID NEITHER!Definitely irritated! Service was slow and not to par. Will not be back anytime soon!
