I went to this Starbucks for a week, every day ordering the same drink and food item for mobile order, and yesterday was first time ever that I was need need to wait extra 20 minutes after my estimate time for pickup up, and there wasn't a lot of people at all, girls who should prepare drinks was just busy flirting with guy, so unprofessional, and it's really upsets me, since 5 days before that the service was great, but this kind of experience just spoiling everything, please concentrate more on working, and flirting on the free time.

Drive thru staff were very sweet and welcoming. I always appreciate great customer service. My orders were always right. Unfortunately, you have chick's (below pic) that think it's OK to jump in front of you when you are trying to be polite and keep the driveway clear. I guess she doesn't have manners.

They are very disorganized with their mobile orders. I had ordered mine 5 min before I got there and waited for 15 min before they even started looking for my order which they had lost. The lady with the beanie and glasses was rude about the whole thing. Terrible
