Ridiculous experience, we brought in coupons and they told us that we are unable to order the sandwiches we wanted even though the coupon only excluded a few. The coupon doesn't say that the restaurant can change the terms of the coupon however they want. And they gave attitude when questioned. I would NOT recommend this subway. You're better off going to a different one

Ordered my food online and did not bother at all to go upfront, when i got my order I just asked nicely for 2 little cups of chipotle sauce and the guy with curly hair and glasses rolled his eyes. That was rude, on top of that, i also watched the crew move things around and have their little chats before even making my order. Took them 40 min.

I work in customer service so putting on a happy face isn't always the easiest thing to do but when you work but when your face to face it's a requirement but their is always someone that seems to be in a very bad mood lucky enough sandwiches I've seen them prepare are not the ones that I'm getting made while I'm there
I had one of the worst experiences eating here on 2/15/23 I had food poisoning ordered a club sandwich I was sick for 3 days straight I called the store spoke to the store manager didn’t want to pass me to the supervisor and told me she was passing on my information and no one up to now has contacted me will neverrrrr order from this dirty store

In one week 1st they forgot to put my roastbeef in my wife's sandwich. Spoke to the manager she would correct it. Today 5 days later went back during lunch break ordered a foot long roast beef got to work and opened my sandwich it only had 2 slices. Went back spoke to the manager she redid my sandwich upset and didn't even appoligize I advised I wasn't there for a free sandwich only wanted my sandwich done right. Honestly not going to subway anymore expensive and crapoy service might as well try the competition.

Got out of work hoping to get a delicious sandwich since the hours close at 12 midnight. To my surprise waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru when its barely 11:20. After doing another lap, realizing there no vehicles much less any signs of existence inside. I guess this branch doesn't follow their own policies and guidelines. Extremely disappointed!

As long as you are polite and do not expect them to bend the laws of time and space to fit your quintuple meatball sub into a sandwich neatly, I think you can expect what you except from other sandwich shops.
