The only BBQ I’ll eat around town now. I love everything pickled and the pickled onions are one of my fave toppings, the potato salad has that more pickled tasted too, and the actual meat and stuff (I always get the brisket but have tried the other meats) and that’s pretty amazing too.Bo’s done a pretty good job making the outside super cute, providing shade, and always has exceptional customer service.
By far the best BBQ joint in BCS. Don’t waste your time or money going somewhere else! The owner is very friendly and you can tell he works hard and puts his all into this food! And it shows!!! The brisket is phenomenal, I’d also recommend getting a side of potato salad!

Definitely recommend the melt in your mouth, flavorful throughout brisket!! You will not be disappointed.. I love to pair mine with pickles.. you don't even need sauce!! Enjoy
