If you want to attract customers, you must improve your service. Last Friday, I realized that the bartenders are mixologists, and the beverage I requested couldn't be expounded on. I was quite disappointed.

We ordered crabcakes, muffaletta and crab and corn dip. The service was terrible. The drinks that we ordered from the bar were terrible, and the food that we tried to eat was terrible. It seems the management cooks and bartender has changed hands and I’m very disappointed.

Had a rare date night and the food but especially the drinks are top notch. Staff was more than friendly and professional. The Decor and windows provide an excellent atmosphere.The food choices are Cajun inspired with limited yet most excellent flavors. The drinks are a whole new level. They offer an amazing selection of classic cocktails with a healthy offering of original ideas, all of which are offered up looking (and tasting) beautifully.

Updated July 2023.Wed night the place was empty and service was excellent. We had a Whiskey Sour and an Aviation. Most places can't do an Aviation but here you can ask for Lemon or Lime. They got this. Desert was Chocolate Mousse Cake is really an Awesome, Kick Your Tongue, Call Momma, TERRIFIC. NUF SAID.Dropped by at 8:55 on a First Friday. They were slammed but courteous. Then provided very good service. We at at the bar and watched the staff hustle in order to server the customers. We also saw when a drink didn't come together - they cared enough to start over! Bar selections of beer and wine were good. Didn't try the house drinks (we'll come back on a weeknight for those). Food was REALLY GOOD! Their signature 120 pasta is a perfect local dish - highly recommended.We will be back and you should go too!

I’m from Lafayette, LA so this is my go to Cajun spot here in Bryan, TX.Great tasting food, sweet & helpful service!Definitely get the bread pudding!I take my son here for Mommy Dates and he loves it! Video is from my Birthday — May 2022They have tables seating inside and outside plus bar seating.Great spot!

Went in for coffee and dessert. Unfortunately, both times we've come in for coffee, it's been warm, like it's been sitting in a pot all day. It shouldn't have been served. We'd rather wait for fresh, hot coffee than drink old coffee. The servers should know that.While the banana flambe had good texture and flavor, the chocolate mouse cake tasted like it had just come out of the fridge. It was a good cake, just had an off-putting flavor.Ultimately, we left earlier than we might have due to a customer at the bar. He was being incredibly loud and crass. I get it. It's a bar, but it didn't add to the atmosphere. It drove away business.

The food was quite good and the drink menu was amazing. The drinks are time tested cocktails that you rarely see on menus today, drinks from a nearly forgotten time. These drinks deserve to be remembered and made, and this bar does a great job of it. Be adventurous and try some of the ones with eggs in them, they are smooth and delicious.The food was solid too. I had the Cajun pasta, which was not inventive but was still very good. My wife had the shrimp and grits, which had a ginger chutney mixed in. They were not as good as traditional shrimp and grits, but they were worth trying. I thought they were inventive and new. Some people might enjoy them more than traditional shrimp and grits.Overall, this place has a great atmosphere, good food, and great drinks. It was a fun evening there.

Place is nice, drinks were just ok.Do not sit near the kiosk the waitstaff crowds around it. Do not be fooled by the quiet table in the corner this is the place where the waitstaff lean while waiting in line to order and cut up. It was very hot inside and having 6-8 people packed together in a small area did not help. Management has some work to do. I will be next door so I'll never know. Guy waiter boy you might try a trade, waitstaff is not for you. Never lean on the table while customers are sitting there. What the hell is wrong with you? Super rude.

I really enjoy this place the only reason it's not getting 5 stars or better is because the food can be a little inconsistent.Summary: The staff has consistently been great, the food is occasionally just average, the cocktails have always been great.The food is usually great, mostly seafood dishes but changes with the seasons. I've been here a lot and had most of the dishes more than once and rarely they seem to have a drop in quality but it does happen. So while you're almost certainly going to have a great dish there's the off chance that it's just going to be an average meal.If you enjoy cocktails or mocktails the bartenders are top notch and consistently make solid drinks. I realize this isn't everyone's cup of tea, but if you stop in here make sure to get a cocktail. The bartenders are also great at suggesting something if you're not overly versed in cocktails.
