I took my wife for a dinner date. The food was excellent, as well as our server Ema. She ordered the Gorgonzola Steak Pasta and I had the Grilled Ribeye. For dessert she had the cheesecake and I had the bananas foster. We will definitely come again.
Our meal was absolutely delicious! Madeline our server was very knowledgeable in not only the menu but with wine selections which complemented our meal beautifully. The atmosphere was delightful, a nice quite, get away from the bustle of the day and relax place.
Our server was spot on, present without hovering. She did a great job with the cherries jubilee flambé! I had eggs Benedict, yummy with the port wine Hollandaise. Very rich, would've been better with spinach on the side or a side salad. Also had meatball appetizer- a little bland. The oil & herbs served with the bread could use some salt - there was none in the table. Others had monte cristo sandwich (no complaints!) and chicken & waffles (chicken wasn't crispy). Overall very nice experience in as close as we'll get to wine country in Texas.
I chose Vintage House at Messina Hof as a special place to celebrate my son's 30th Birthday and I am glad I did. Service was exceptional. The ambience is wonderful. We all enjoyed our brunch selections immensely. We enjoyed the Caprese Salad, the Gorgonzola Steak Pasta, Chicken & Waffles, Brisket Hash, Berry Compote French Toast, and a lovely Charcuterie Board. I had the Sparkling Almond wine and my son had the Orange Muscat Mistella--both were exceptional! My son was treated to a scrumptious Creme Brulee including a birthday candle! I definitely recommend the Vintage House for a unique dining experience with great food and a great atmosphere.
Dinner was spectacular. Wide variety. Their new sparkling wine is wonderful. I'll be back.

Generally good. Not up to a 5 star that it should be. A few too many small misses. Steak over done, burger well done, ice cream Sunday almost completely melted when they brought it to the table. I would have expected the server to question that, not for me to reject it.

Very kind server! Fried French toast just wasn't what both of us expected. I did not like it at all. My husband said his Monte Cristo was average. You have the lovely and quiet ambience .. you just need a little better chef. Also our food did not come out even close to the same time. She apologized but it was a little frustrating. Also perhaps some fresh juice should be on the menu. When we ordered OJ, she said I guess we might have it since we serve mimosas. Try going Farm to Table with a new chef and you won't have any problems filling the place:) we did go next door and buy a bottle of Chardonnay and enjoyed it the next night:)
It was ok. I made reservations for lunch. It is only light bites in a tasting room. Ordered flatbread that cam out incorrectly. Waitress acted as if she was imposed upon. Did not offer to keep other meals warm. Beautiful area. It was ok but not what I had hoped.

The service was fantastic, but the food was not , it was not worth the price . The chicken on my salad was mushy with no taste , the steak of my husband was over done and tuff , we also had dessert , the cheesecake was ok but it was suppose to have berry sauce on it , I guess for the price it should of had more than half of teaspoon of sauce , the other dessert they forgot the fudge , since there wasn't much there , I don't think we will be going g back
This was a nice location for a family celebration. Our wait staff did a great job of attending to us and making reference to our special occasion. The wine was very nice. The food was mainly very good.
This was my second time coming for a special dinner and we just love the vibe, food and service! Every member of our party had something different and we all felt the same - loved it!
Sierra McAniff was fabulous and so enjoyable as our server!! Chef Zeke visited with us at our table and was almost as friendly as his food is delicious! Such a great birthday dinner for my hubs!!!
Chef Zeke and the staff provide great food and service.
