We decided to stop here for something different. We ordered the katsu named after the restaurant as it seemed the most interesting with katsu sauce, honey mustard, and Parmesan cheese. I wasn't sure the flavors would work together but when we got it it was surprisingly good. The only thing would be my husband mentioned the katsu was significantly thinner than what we were used to. It helps with crispiness but some parts definitely felt overcooked and dried out
Food made fresh every time !! Great place! The pork katsu is excellent and the sides are tasty too. Not a whole lot on the menu, but enough to go thru one by one vs.. flipping pages. Highly recommended.

The best Katsu, Curry and Udon I've ever had in the Carrollton area. I visited the place several times but surprised it isn't packed with people.Curry was flavorful and the perfect amount. One time I asked if mine can be a little spicy and the flavor was beyond perfection. So if you love spicy, I recommend you do that.Udon soup was also savory and came out hot. I loved it.
