For the 1st time EVER st this location there was a FANTASTIC NEW drive thru cashier. He was prompt, poignant and very polite! I quit visiting this location because they were ALWAYS out of everything I wanted. Tonight was refreshing!! Still ? jib!!

This is a great location for me. Convenient and close to home. I am not a huge fast foodie but sometimes here lately I get off late and nothing else is open. They alerted extremely busy on Friday night and i ended up with the wrong order. Called and was told to speak with David. The young man on the phone was pleasant and didn't seem annoyed. I went the following morning and spoke to David and he was just as friendly. Apologized and signed off on my receipt to get my order replaced...read full review

Early Sunday morning I stopped by this Jack in the box, being the time of day, it was the only thing near by open. And it was my first time in a long time eating at Jack. My last experience was not the best, (was at a different location). I went through the drive thru. And asked a few questions and the lady replied to each one so professionally, and respectfully.
