What's a trip the the mall without a pretzel? Auntie Anne's is always busy and never disappoints! A cup of Pretzels bites with some cheese dip is probably the best part about walking around the mall. The pretzel bites were warm and delicious. I could have definitely used a bit more cheesy dip but I'm just being a piggy.

I wish I could give this place zero stars for the service we got at 5:00pm today on 05/23/23 there where two ladies working well the girl that rang us up clearly didn't know what the heck she was doing and apparently left her brain at home I ordered a combo number 3 and my husband ordered a number 2 she told me no that they didn't have any yet it would take 1 min no big deal I told her I would wait we waited and waited she gave me my pretzel and it wasn't even the right one it was plain and I told her we had pretzel bites and she proceeded to tell me no no you didn't order that and grab the receipt and show me that she had rung it up all wrong and I told her that that's not what we ordered and that she clearly didn't listen I was so irritated instead of fixing the problem she proceeded to ignore us so we left even after paying for food that we didn't even get that we had asked for maybe if she would stay off of her phone and focus on her job she wouldn't have gotten are whole order wrong never again will I come back to this location. Also the heavier set Hispanic lady sneezed all over the food and the skinny Hispanic lady killed a bug on the counter with a dirty rag absolutely disgusting I understand people have allergies but to sneeze on the food that's absolutely disgusting no words at all I really hope this issue is resolved especially if y'all are going to have costumers pay for stuff and not even get what they want and or it being sanitary

I was snubbed by the young Mexican gentleman the other day when he took the Mexican woman's order that was standing behind me. It was as though I didn't exist as a person. This was very clearly a racial thing.

Mobile pickup is a scam. You'll still sit in line for 10 mins behind everyone else getting their items handed to them immediately while you get handled the pretzels that sat out because you ordered early to try and skip the line.

Completely disgusting! All burnt and stale tasting. Could not finish. I asked for a small and the lady said she only had larges avail. Gross!

DO NOT order delivery. My boyfriend placed a delivery order & we only received half of our order (3/6 pretzels). Lucky for us, when we call the store directly no one picks up. DoorDash says despite being the one’s that delivered the order, there’s nothing they can do since we placed directly through Auntie Anne’s website so we’re just screwed. Got it. Ugh. We’ll be speaking with corporate on Monday but who knows how far that’ll get us. Save yourself the headache & don’t bother.
